I called Neil about a tea spillage on my carpet. He came the very next day as time is of the essence with staining. Although he did not guarantee he could remove the stain completely (which I thought was very honest), I am absolutely delighted with the result. Stain now gone! While I had cheaper (and more expensive) quotes, I choose to get Neil to clean all the carpet in my house because of his professional website and the glowing reviews on Google. I was not disappointed. Communication was great; Neil was punctual to the minute; he and his coworker did a wonderful job on my carpets, with professional equipment, in what seemed no time at all. Our puppy had a few accidents and a new carpet was stained considerably. Neil and the team were so nice and helpful and did an amazing job. The carpet looks brand new again and it was light grey so you can imagine how clearly the stains showed up. Great service offices by Neil. Gave us an arrival time slot and was on time. The service lasted 2 hours for two rooms. He managed to clean and remove all major stains from the carpets. Be warned that the machinery is loud but does a really good job.

The dirtiest parts are not completely cleaned in the sense that some areas remain a bit darker compared to the original white colour of the carpet, but overall very good results given the low price and fast completion for this service. Booked Neil on the strength of his previews reviews, I was not disappointed. We'd recently moved and the previous owners had a dog, so cleaning the carpets is a must. Neil is absolutely lovely. Myself and my partner were really happy with the level of time and care that Neil and his colleague put in. It took about 3 hours and they cleaned our bedroom, living room, hallway, 2 seat sofa and three rugs. We loved that they went over the same area more than once and showed us how dirty the water was for some of the cleans - which is especially useful if you can’t tell due to the dark colour of the carpet. I contacted Neil first of all to set him up with the company I work for to clean the office carpets and our lab safety flooring. He came back to us promptly with the supplier questionnaire completed and attached relevant policies and accreditations. Neil always gets back to you straight away. The office carpet and flooring was like brand new. He is really thorough and tidy. He is also extremely knowledgeable in what he does. I also then contacted Neil in regards to a Laura Ashley rug that I’d had for sometime that was needing freshened up since getting a dog. Again, Neil got back to me quickly and attended my home and carried out a clean on the rug. The rug, being the best part of 10 years old is looking like it’s just new. I will definitely continue to use Neil and recommend him to my family, friends and colleagues. He is great at what he does and very reasonably priced. He will not leave until he has tried all he can to remove any marks/stains! Brilliant service!

I had previously used Neil to clean a heavy pile rug and he did a great job so no hesitation in getting him and his mate back to do our main lounge carpet. I would 100% recommend using I care for carpet cleaning. I thought I would need to get rid of my carpets altogether, as they were in bad shape, but as we were going to have work done in the house I wasn't keen to renew. I expected a lot of the stains couldn't be removed, including a very dark dye my daughter had spilled in her room. I honestly could not believe the difference in the carpets after cleaning! Great communication. You can always judge a company by the inside of their van. I wasn't wrong looked out to see a well organised tidy van and that's what I got and a lot more. I wasn't in sight I and overhead to be careful of walls and paint work. Which was refreshing. Masks worn throughout the whole time. Explained exactly what was going to happen. Hi All... Got the guys in to do two bedroom carpets for me recently. One large room and one medium room. I did however have a bed and some furniture in which I didn't move out. So in that respect not as much carpet was done as would be in empty rooms. All in all the guys were here for one hour in total. Maybewouldve been an hour and 1t mins if rooms had been empty. Job itself took about 45 mins after the initial set up about 10-15 mins. The boys flushed all the dirty water down the toilet and cleared up after themselves when finished. Just required 2 power sockets to do the job itself. Big improvement in my carpets once completed and left with a lovely smell. Only a bit damp also and not wet and fully dried out for walking in within 3 hours. So all in all, very good service, good result and happy with price paid. I had 2 quality carpets, wool, which are more expensive to do but that was told to me beforehand. I paid £70 which in hindsight is OK Not cheap, not expensive. Just about right I'd say. Hope this helps anyone else out there.
