Jim is a great professional and did a cracking job to get rid of a vomit stain in our rug. Very quick and reasonably priced as well. Love he took the time to explain the whole process and was very clear about the results, highlighting ther was a chance that the stain wouldn't go away. We'll defo use his services again!
