We had just moved into our new house and wanted the carpets cleaned before we unpacked. Despite being busy Toby very kindly fitted us in. He gave us the quotes up front and there were no surprises in the final bill. He was very good value for money and turned up when he said he would. He worked hard all day and the carpets were amazing when he’d performed his magic. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would use him again without hesitation.

Used OctoKleen for the first time today, I had an initial conversation with Toby where he asked a number of questions to determine what would need doing and the approximate cost which I found very useful. He then emailed with a date and then kept me informed as to the time of his arrival. He explained the process and was very knowledgeable. I was really pleased with the work he did, my beige bedroom carpet came up really well and the lounge rug looked new again and hadn't been cleaned for 6 years!! I will definitely use OktoKleen again and highly recommend them!

Toby’s service was fantastic from start to finish!! Booking the service was very easy, Toby is friendly and very professional! Toby did an excellent job cleaning all the mats/runners/rugs/carpets within the Steiner Academy. They get quite a lot of 'use' and they have all come up totally refreshed. Toby from Octoclean cleaned our hall, stairs and landings (which was over 3 levels) within a couple of hours with impressive results. Both my husband and myself vax our other carpets but we didn’t have enough energy to do this particular job and felt we needed to leave it to the experts! Naturally there was some moisture left in the carpet but that dried overnight especially with a dehumidifier switched on and they look so much lighter now. Interestingly the pile feels cushier and softer afterwards. Toby was particularly good at communication beforehand so we knew when to expect him, any late changes, potential cost etc.

OctoKleen has recently been out to do a job on our behalf for one of our clients and our clients were extremely impressed and so are we! It wasn’t an easy job and there was no guarantee for it to work, but Toby managed to completely restore the 2 flights of stairs and landing to original state, after having a large amount of printer toner smudged all over them. Reasonably priced, great communication, quick turnaround of the job and all out of hours to suit the business! Couldn’t have asked for a better service! Have also used OctoKleen privately for carpets at our house, and same high quality service applied and we could use our carpets almost immediately after the clean. Highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thanks guys!

Toby was able to fit us in at short notice and provided a service with excellent results. Our carpets had stains including make up, food colouring and other marks you get from having young children. All stains removed, carpets looking fresh and feel like new under foot.

What an amazing result! Following an accidental ink cartridge drop down some stairs/landing area, Toby managed to bring the carpets back to their original look. Toby was polite, courteous, considerate and communicated really well in setting up an appropriate time to visit us to undertake the clean. Octokleen did a great job on my twenty year old carpet that had never been professionally cleaned before. It came up really just like new. We are really pleased with the result. They took particular care over a very stubborn stain from the spilt ‘liquid’ from an artificial flower vase. They seemed to have all the very latest equipment. I would recommend them as a reliable and effective company. The operative was very friendly and professional.
