I needed several large and smaller rugs to be cleaned and the service I received was brilliant. Jordan and the other staff were very polite, the rugs came back within the time frame originally given and they have come beautifully clean and restored to their original colours. UK Carpet Care LTD carried out a thorough off site cleaning of 2 original oriental rugs. This is the second time we used their services and again they did a fantastic job. I am impressed with their professional attitude, they are friendly, stick to their quotes and turn things around quick. Also, they stick to the times they give, which is great. I mostly dealt with Jordan, and he is an absolute star. I will use them again, whenever needed and can thoroughly recommend them to anybody who wants to have their oriental rugs cleaned without worrying what state they come back in. Needed a hair dryer burn repaired, UK carpet care were easy to contact and arrange a repair. Very impressed with the service recieved; for a fair price too. I've attached photos of the job, there was no need for us to provide spare carpet and it only took around an hour to complete! Highly recommended.

I used UK carpet care when I needed heavily soiled carpets in a rental property cleaned before the next tenant moved in. If i’m honest I wasn’t sure they were going to be able to save the lounge carpet as it had been so badly treated by the previous tenant. However, I was put at ease by the calm, confidient and professional manner in which UK carpet care dealt with the matter. They were able to work to my time frame and stopped me upsetting or possibly losing my next tenant. I was amazed by the finished results, the carpets came up like new and a particular bad stain had disappeared.
