A very professional, responsive service. Arrived on time and told me they would move the chairs and settee, which are very heavy. The cleaning equipment left the the carpets very slightly damp. This was the coldest day of the year so I didn't open any windows to help them dry, just left the room overnight, and put all the furniture back in the morning. The carpets looked like new. Very impressed!
