Even when I had to re-arrange my first appointment they were more than happy to help. I had three Sofas cleaned in the afternoon, which were dry by dinner time! Jon and Apple carried out our end of tenancy carpet cleaning - they did a great job, the carpets looked brilliant and our landlord was happy :) We were happy with the price too. What we most appreciated was the flexibility (patience!) and kindness that they showed. They came out on a Sunday morning , answered MANY questions and offered lots of advice. I called Jon to do a deep clean of a house prior to letting it. An elderly man had been living there for many, many years and although I had given the house a pretty thorough clean myself, the carpets were still a little grubby as you might expect Frankly I thought I was wasting money with a deep clean, but what the heck - might as well get it cleaned professionally. Did a fantastic job for us at the end of our tenancy on a very hot day. Cleaned carpets throughout a 5 bedroom house to the point that the landlord and the letting agent both felt that they were much cleaner than they had been at the start of our tenancy - including the removal of some stubborn stains that were in the carpets before we moved in.
