We had our favourite rug cleaned by essential carpet care , it had not been cleaned professionally before and was looking very tired but ECC have done a cracking job of getting it clean and bringing the pile back into the rug which has made it feel a lot better under foot . Well priced and would recommend.

The guys turned up on time and were polite and easy to deal with. The carpets we needed cleaning had some really bad stains we had tried to get out with various treatments and all had failed. But it was no problem for them and within a couple of hours hard work the carpets are looking great. One of our biggest worries was the length of time drying, but beds were back in the same night. Will definitely be using them again shortly.
