Fantastic service! Was a little late arriving but this was due to being caught up at another job which I appreciate can't be helped. I was updated promptly via txt about this. We had a small hallway carpet that our puppy had taken a liking too and had left a few urine stains, even after being cleaned up and washed by myself there were dark marks left behind which were getting darker as time went on. I was advised that the yellowing will not be removed completely due to the damage that urine causes to the carpet however it will be vastly improved and will smell much better, I was happy with this and gave the go ahead. The hallway area was very small and with the minimum charge being £70 was offered to have the main set of stairs cleaned too. Bonus! In all the chap who came round (I forgot to ask his name) was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He's incredibly fair on price and honest too. Our carpet now smells and looks much better. I've added a picture of the after result, the carpet is still a little damp and hasn't yet been hoovered, but in all I'm incredibly happy with the outcome and would highly recommend and use again! Very professional. I filled out an online form and had a phone call in return with in 2 hours. He came out to see what needed doing about 4 hours later and it was a Saturday. Now 10 days later my carpet has been cleaned and looks great. Was told he would be here 3-3.30 and arrived dead in 3. Lovely friendly man. Would use again and will recommend to anyone.

A fantastic service. I needed a very old stair-runner cleaned before I fitted it. The operator is very knowledgeable. Carried out a thorough analysis of the fibres, then a test-patch cleaning, talked through the options and then went ahead with a full clean. Very pleased with the results. Buckets of dirt removed and the carpet looks a hundred times better and smells clean and fresh. Would recommend. Very prompt service and thoroughly professional.

If you're looking for a carpet cleaner in Ipswich - stop. This is your guy. I've tried a handful of others to clean my white carpet (we have a pet) and none of them produced the results Modestra was able to produce. They bring out the big, industrial-type cleaning machine - not the commercial products you and I could get at Argos or Amazon. Seriously - these guys are amazing! Get a consultation and see for yourself!

I have used their service for a business carpet that was heavily soiled from foot traffic and had deep grained spot stains too.
