Neil did a wonderful job of our living room carpet, stairs and landing, getting rid of the terrible stains on our light carpet that our puppy had created... Quick service, Neil came round and gave a quote which was a reasonable price and booked us in on a date that suited us. Can't recommend him enough. We may need you again depending on the dog!

Arranged an appointment via email, Neil responded with an accurate quote within half an hour (on a Friday night!). On the day he turned up on time (in fact a little bit earlier) and ready to go. The process was very thorough and gave excellent results, I was genuinely impressed - especially as it didn't take as long as expected! The carpets in our rented house looked as good as new, and we lived there for six years! I was especially impressed with Neil's attitude and customer service, he was very friendly and approachable, answering all of my questions with a smile. I really was impressed and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing their carpets clean at a very reasonable price!

Over the moon with the results from Owlets. I've had others in before to clean my carpets although you can really tell the difference! He really knows his stuff!
