Had my wedding dress dry cleaned here. I am so amazed at the effort that has gone into my dress! Considering it was left to sit for 9months. I wasn't hopefull that much could be done as I left it two long. The honesty that not everything would come out,not just to be promised it would be perfect! It has come back pretty much like new. It looks amazing very happy. Couldn't recommend enough!

Left my wife's wedding dress and brother's suit that had both been left for nearly a year. The suit just needed a freshen up, but the dress had quite a lot of marks which I thought were not going to come out. But no, it looks brand new. Absolutely outstanding staff, very friendly and eager to help, Would defiantly go here again. Thank you very much.

Regency really did go beyond the call of duty in cleaning my daughter’s wedding dress. Despite being made by a very well know haute couture fashion house, there were no cleaning instructions on any of the three items. Regency spoke to the designer’s workshop on a number of occasions and did a fantastic job. They were thoroughly professional and never once complained throughout the whole process which took over 2 weeks! Their service was 100% and I would highly recommend them. Thank you!
