Darran visited me today. I had a really bad red wine stain on my front room carpet which I didn’t think could be saved but he has worked his magic and the stain has completely gone. My spare room needed more TLC due to rescuing a cat, there was a strong cat Oder smell on the carpet and sofa bed, the smell has completely gone and the room now smells fresh and is squeaky clean. Darran was very thorough, professional, informative, arrived on time and gave great communication from booking stage to completion of the job, prices are great and affordable and he will tell you if something is not needed or won’t make much improvement. I would 100% recommend squeak & bubbles and will be using them myself going forward 😁 thank you Darran and Ruth for doing a great job.

I booked to have my lounge and stair carpets cleaned. Danny was right on time and very kindly said, I didn’t need them doing. After I gave them a good, thorough vac, I wondered myself. He was honest and could have charged me for a clean but said it would be unprofessional to take the money when they were fine. What an excellent and rare service. Mr Bubble and Mrs Squeak were amazing. We had to rearrange due to covid but they were so incredibly flexible and managed to fit us in not long after the original date. Darran and Ruth came to clean the carpets in our house today - completing two sets of stairs and landings and two large bedrooms. The floors were covered in spilled paint and plaster and I half-expected to be told it was beyond repair - but they worked their magic and a few hours later it was as if it was brand new. Was really annoyed by the end of tenancy cleaning as I work full time and got little time to spare. Found Squeak and Bubbles on Google, then text them to enquire, they responded very friendly, clearly, and responsively! Then made an appointment to request them to come and do the job. No issue at all - they arrived on time, with all the equipments, good communication before cleaning service, and the cleaning result is 120 out of 100 after a whole day effort! Having wool carpets and knowing what happened when we had them cleaned by another company we were hesitant. After speaking to Darren from Squeak and Bubbles and reading his reviews we felt assured our carpets would not be over wet and shrink. Darren came out, told me what in expect of the clean, and even pointed out problem areas of when I tried to remove some stains using vax carpet shampoo. Darren even showed me the dirty water coming out from his machine. He did get a bit technical which I didn't understand about acid and rinse to stop the colour in the carpet from bleeding!!!!! I was very happy with Darren and his service. I have waited until today to leave our review as I wanted to see how long it took for my carpets to dry and look like once they had dried. Carpets took around 3 hours to dry and as you can tell from the first picture my living room carpet looks really clean. Even our stair carpet cleaned really well too! Squeak and Bubbles did the end of tenancy cleaning for my flat when I moved out. Darran arrived right on time and checked the property, taking with me how they would clean the flat and making an estimation of how long the job would take. He and his team came back again at agreed date and time and thoroughly cleaned the property. Their work was AMAZING, carpets being cleaned, all furniture being wiped down, oven/dish wash/microwave being cleaned. Every corner was shining after the cleaning. All i can add (as all the other reviews say it), If you're looking for a professional carpet cleaning company then squeak and bubbles is that company. Very honest company. Carpet technician explained to me what to expect after the clean. We had some stains on the carpets we had tried to remove ourselves with bleach. Not a good idea! No hard sell with trying add on any extras when they arrived. Squeak and Bubbles only offer one service, "a deep clean" of my carpets which included free carpet deodorizer as standard. We loved the fact the carpet machine they used was a commercial machine. Highly recommended.

It's hard to pick just one like about this business. From start to finish Squeak & Bubbles carried out a full house carpet clean on what I thought were clean carpets. I forgot the true colour of our carpets until they all got cleaned. Took around 4-5 hours for them to clean 11 carpets and 3 rugs. Can't fault the finish. Don't bother renting one and trying to do it yourself (which I contemplated), until I did a bit of research. Can cause more harm than good cleaning them yourself. Also carpet machines used by Squeak and Bubbles are 20 times more powerful. Darran did make an interesting point when it comes to carpet cleaning.... Did a really great job on an end of tenancy clean. I had some timing issues change with moving out, and they were really great with being understanding of my schedule. Did a full clean with carpets and oven -- my letting agent was notorious for picking little things to complain about, but S&B didn't give them a single excuse they could use to reduce my deposit return. I used Squeak and Bubbles to dredge my guttering as well as clean the top floor windows since my usual window cleaner's ladder is not tall enough to do the top floor. They carried out both tasks quickly and effectively; the windows using a pole system which did not require a ladder. However, the real reason I needed these tasks carrying out was because my drain pipe on the top floor had become dislodged and since my regular window cleaner did not have a tall enough ladder, I used Squeak and Bubbles as a one off in order to have all jobs seen to. Not only did they re-attach the drain pipe, but they also fixed a loose tile which I had no idea about. They did not charge me for the drain pipe or the tile. These boys went over and above the call of duty and all for a reasonable price. I'd recommend them every time.
