H. B.I am so happy!! Absolutely outstanding service and professionalism from The City Cleaners and Adam in particular. I decided to get my lounge carpet, L shaped sofa and bedroom carpets cleaned in my house in Leeds. The City Cleaners did a fantastic job and they certainly are the best carpet cleaners in Leeds by a country mile. The Machines they use are out of this world, I could not believe the sheer power and my carpets and sofas came up looking like new again and dried in one hour! From start to finish they made things really easy and so reasonably priced too, which surprised me as this company cleans for the local celebrities and footballers I feel privileged! One major factor for me was the knowledge of the cleaners, within seconds they identified my fabric type and used the correct cleaning solutions on certain stains I had to quickly remove them, they removed some stains I just thought would never come off! They took their time and felt like a really personal service, such a breath of fresh air to find a company like this. I will certainly be using The City Cleaners again for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning in Leeds no question about it. Thank you so much!

N. C.Adam loves his work and it shows. We moved into a rental that was described to us as "move-in ready", but it was far from that! There were visible stains and mould everywhere. Adam booked us in quickly for a thorough all-day clean. He came over beforehand and listened to me vent about the state of the house, while patiently answering my questions and freely giving advice and reassurance. On cleaning day he showed up on time and ready to work. We hardly knew he was here because he was so focused and quiet while working, yet when we crossed paths he was jovial and friendly. His energy level stayed the same all day and he had just as much attention to detail with the last room as he did with the first. Everything was gleaming and shiny when he was done, even the light switch covers. All the cobwebs and mildew were gone. The constant bad odour was banished! The carpets and sofa were cleaned and he added stain protector too. They were completely dry and we could use them right away. He uses some kind of magic machine that's much more powerful and effective than what people usually use to clean carpets. Adam checked in with us a few times during the day to make sure he was prioritising the things we thought were most important, and also to make sure he was working around our active toddler. He graciously adapted around our son's naptime as well. If you're looking for someone who will care for your home with the same respect and love that you have for it, I highly recommend Adam. He takes pride in his work. He's professional, thorough and really cares about providing quality work. His prices are reasonable too. We couldn't be happier with the level of service.

Aire Valley Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job, to be honest I didn't think think they'd come out as good as they did. All stains gone, no sticky residue and carpets looking like new. And as a busy office, I really appreciated that everything was left tidy and the furniture replaced so we could open straight away the next day. R. M.Called City Cleaners after a burst pipe in my house had led to severe water damage to a rug that was given to me by my mum and so had sentimental value.
They talked me through the process and reassured me that it would not damage the colours of the rug, and were super speedy in arranging to collect it from my house.
I was expecting the clean to take a few days so was utterly delighted to get a call only a few hours later telling me it could be dropped back same day!
The rug is now looking better than it has in years and the professional friendly service honestly made my day after a morning of utter panic!!!
