M. C.I used them to clean the carpet where my dog had had an accident a few months previously. I was really disappointed with the result and expressed that in a review. Within a very short space of time they got in contact to see what they could do to address my concerns; we agreed on a full refund which has been received.
Yes, the cleaning failed but the after sales was first class; they owned the problem and made sure I was reimbursed. A great example of turning a negative into a positive, well done!

Within 24hrs I had confirmed details of the Cleaning agent who would attend to carry out my work needed. This was in the form of his name, Kyle, photo, van registration number and his ID card..
The appointment was reconfirmed by email 24hrs prior to the appointment and by telephone call on the morning confirming the arrangement. Excellent Service throughout.
Kyle arrived on time. Very friendly, respectful, caring and courteous during his time within the house. Very knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and hard working.
The extent of his work was so noticeable. He was an amazing guy, his concerted effort brought my lounge/ Dining room very virtually back to a new state. I can't thank him enough.
