Fantastic job on my Shark! I had accidentally sucked a cap of some sort into the handle of the pipe ( unbeknownst to me) so despite taking the hoover apart myself numerous times I could not find the problem. I decided on a last ditch attempt to get it looked at before opting for buying a new one (much to my husband's dismay) - however problem was solved quickly and hoover is like new and smells amazing!!! I will definitely be using this place for services in the future great price too. Thank you ever so much 👍

Great service from Tom and his dad, shops like these are a dying breed. Gave my Henry a full mot and now he’s good as new, and Tom even fixed the wiring on my old faithful ghd’s. Would hesitate in recommending these guys xx

I had an issue with my Dyson cordless vacuum, I called Dyson and they told me I require a new battery pack, I called the store and was told to bring the Hoover down, the battery was absolutely fine and all it required was a filter that was £10 and in stock. Very professional service and would highly recommend if anyone has any issues with there vacuum!

Took my old Dyson in to find out if it was worth repairing. Tom diagnosed the fault, provided a cost to fix and was very polite and professional. No pressure to go ahead with the work and very helpful advice. I had my hoover back within a week and it works great now. Will definitely use again if I need to and would really recommend this local, friendly business. Cannot fault the service I received :)

Had a blown oven element, unfortunately it wasn’t in stock but he ordered it and it arrived the next day at nearly half the cost of buying one online. I asked about my blown bulb and he threw one in for free too! Top bloke and can’t do enough to help, regardless of the appliance in need 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I asked about buying a new Henry Hoover because my 25 year old Henry was smelling of electrical burning and emitting smoke. I was using it to clean up whilst renovating a property and so needed a swift solution. They suggested the model I owned would be worth repairing rather than buying a new one because mine has a more powerful motor than new one and so it will suck better than a new one. I returned to them around lunchtime and left my faulty Henry there for a free quote. They called me around two hours later. They had repaired Henry for £20.00!!!!! Absolutely brilliant service. I paid and coelected and got on with the building work. I don't wax lyrical very often at all, but if need a vacuum fixing or overhauling I would highly recommend you consider checking this shop out.

this shop is a hidden gem. came here with an electrical fault on my 300quid dyson.was dreading the thought of having 2buy a new one but within 24hrs of the shop having my hoover they had fixed it for just 14quid!!! was so made up.iv even recommended them on my Facebook. staff are so helpful and polite. cant thank them enough .

Amazing value. If you have a vacuum cleaner that is otherwise in good nick and it needs repair, you'll be amazed at how efficient and inexpensive this service is. Been there for decades but I only used them for the first time today.

This little gem of a shop, not only repairs but also sells spares. The man in the shop is really helpful, you explain what's going on with your machine, he tells you how to do it yourself or if you don't think that you're capable, will do it for you. Cheap parts on the outskirts of the City. Definitely recommend and use again
