Took 2 x 3 piece suits for cleaning at the shop on the Forum North Hykeham. Greeted both on dropping them off and collecting with a pleasant lady who was super helpful and professional. I was informed they would be ready for collection on the Tuesday after the Thursday I dropped them off, actually I received a message advising they were ready on the Monday, excellent service and the garments were cleaned very well. Truly 5* service.

Took an old linen 2 peice suit in for a wedding. Found some beer staines on the arm from a previous day at the races I'd completely forgotten about. The guys here did a great job and it's almost completely gone. If you didn't know it was there you would have no idea! Highly recommended and great service!

I recently took a pair of expensive curtains to Jacksons to be dry cleaned and collected them today. They were actually due to be collected next week, but I received a text message a couple of days ago to say they were ready. This was really helpful as I was going to be driving past the Cleaners today. Both the lady who served me when I took the curtains in, and the lady and gentleman serving today were very pleasant, polite and helpful and, having checked the curtains, they have been beautifully cleaned and look brand new. The price was, I felt, very fair and excellent value. I am delighted with the result and would Highly Recommend Jacksons Dry Cleaners, Newport, Lincoln. Thank you.

Fantastic service! On bank holiday Friday I found out I could be back in work as early as the Tuesday a few days later. I rang every dry cleaners I could and no one answered. Jackson’s rang me back on the bank holiday and arranged for someone to collect my 2 suits that day! They did a fantastic job and returned them on the Monday so I’d be ready to work the next day. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Great service! I will always use them for my items.
