Rob and his colleague did a great job, friendly people and I felt comfortable with them in my home whilst they worked. My carpet was particularly dirty with some tough stains that I wasnt sure they would be able to remove, however my carpet is perfect now and I wont need a new one for some time. I'll use them again.

Definitely deserve 5 stars !! Can't praise these guys enough for their quick, efficient service and attention to detail. Had all my flooring done throughout the house including, carpets which look brand new and hardwood floors cleaned and sealed and they look incredible. Anyone who has tired laminate flooring should have them refreshed & pepped up with this fab sealing treatment.

So impressed with the Liverpool Carpet Cleaners!!!! I was adamant that the dark green face paint in my cream carpet would not come out but they managed it! Lovely & friendly guys, amazing value and such good customer service - they wouldn't have charged me at all if they couldn't have done it which is fab. Definitely recommend using them even if you're sure nothing will work :)

I was very interested in the Eco cleaning that this company provided, we have some pets in the house and didn't want harsh chemicals smelling the house out, I was very pleasantly surprised how efficient they were, It was amazing to watch that steam carpet cleaner in action. They are very good.

The guy turned up many hours later than agreed. The rug wasn't as clean and fresh smelling as I thought it would be. So on the day I'd say this was an average service.
