The whole experience with TVW has been excellent from the start. Booking was easy, booking staff were friendly and polite, and I was given an appointment quickly. Communication was excellent, with a reminder the day before. The cleaner arrived and he was very polite, explained everything simply so I could understand what he meant, without using technical jargon I wouldn't understand, and set to work straight away. The hall, stairs, landing, dining room and living room were all completed in an hour, and the results are excellent. The carpet looks clean and smells fresh. I would highly recommend using TVW Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners, and I'll be using them again myself in the future.

Lady who cleaned mattress is very friendly, she is smiling. She did quickly cleaning with good shampoo professional to wash mattress, even after one day stains rust disappear. Luckily mattress looks good again. They have good communication with customers Whatsapp messages calling and that's good because every person is important. Price is 60 or 70 if mattress have marks. They advised about Orange Brown stains what causes them, so add lemon juice, detergent start working not immediately - but it was special stains not chemical. That's amazing I have my mattress in good condition. Comparing to borrow doktor rug and buy shampoo it is not expensive. If somebody have machine it is easier but price for good shampoo is quite high. Depends on needs. For people who are disabled, older or have small children this service is useful. Glad to meet nice cleaners.

I had my corner couch cleaned by TVW and I'm made up with how it has turned out, it was filthy/covered in stains and it now looks brand new. This is the second time I've had it cleaned by tvw and will definitely continue to use them in the future. Professional and friendly service, thanks again!
