Ian and Pat arrived with their special van and ran the hoses into the house. They applied special chemicals, hot water and super powerful extraction. In 20 minutes my ancient grey wool carpet looked like new and dry enough to walk on. It was hard to believe. Old tea, coffee and wine stains were completely removed. the carpet pile was all thick and soft like new. Won't need to buy a new carpet now, what a saving. Magic experience.

Ian provides a very professional service. He arrived on time, explained what the work involved and gave a good estimate of the time that this would take and was very courteous during the work. I inherited my cream carpets when I moved house, pets and muddy boots have not been kind over the years so I was amazed at the difference after the work was done. Would definitley recommend.
