The dryer is £1 for 10 minutes supposedly but it's more like £1 for 7 minutes. At least the dryer is massive so the clothes dry real quick.

Very good option for loundry, price was 5-6 £ per load 1£ for each 10 min drying Few machins didnt work Had some problem with swolled coins but couldent wait till service arrives @ 10am bring your coins there is no change machine and don't count on the minimarket next door to change (as mentioned I wasn't there while service counter opend so they might have change) - loundry powder 50p machine (dont forget to put a cup under the machine for the powder) Overall cleand and dried our laundry that what counts ( 5 kg took us about 30-40 minuts loundry and 40 minuts drying

Seems pricey for 5kg small loads (£5) but more reasonable for large 7kg or extra large 10kg loads (£6 and £7, respectively), but I got clean clothes out of it, which is all that matters. I folded my laundry on top of the small washers, and they have almost one basket per washer, so it has to be quite busy to not have an empty one available. The attendant was pleasant and helpful. All in all, it was exactly what I expected, and would happily return if I stay in that area of London again.

Simple instructions but the staff are nice and will help. Sometimes the store gets a little crowded especially if there is a pram or a wheelchair but it doesn't get in the way of the washing.

We stayed at Crown Plaza (3-5 minute walk) and I wanted clean clothes. I was so thankful this laundry facility was so close. It was clean, seemed safe and an attendant is on site working until close. The last load can be put in at 10. I was so happy to see this place (can’t stand dirty clothes) so I give it 5 stars. Note of Caution: the dryers get VERY hot so some of my kids clothes shrunk 😕.

It's more of 3.5 stars, but alas not many choices in the South Kensington area. 1. It is manned. The lady is a bit overworked, but she does respond to you as efficiently as she can. She's already doing some wash jobs so don't expect her to come help you with your wash. 2. It's quite pricey. 5 or 6 pounds a wash, but the dryers are very efficient. You can put 2 wash loads into 1 dry load! Plus 30 min dry time is just about right so don't go for the US 45 min dry time. (To compare, Paris washing machines were just 2 Euros a wash !) 3. No folding areas. A few baskets to help you transfer clothes, but some old customers can hog a couple, and you have none to use. 4. There was only 1 broken down machine. It was labelled so people can avoid it. One of the machines I used had a flimsy lock. Thank gosh it held up and worked all the way thru. 5. Be careful of which slot to put your laundry. Usually the left-most, but follow the chart on the wall. It depends on your wash cycle selected. I can imagine the worse case people didn't put it in the right place, and just plain water wash. Worse still, they might not know it - yuck ! 6. The owner can do well to improve and expand for the tourist client - it's a bit slummy in some ways. In any case, this place is well needed for many long staying travellers, who've built up a bag of dirty clothes. At least I appreciate that.

I went to the Bobo Laundry on Cromwell. Jasmine was working and she was amazing. She helped me figure out the machines and was exceptionally friendly. She was cleaning the washers and dryers between helping customers and I know when she’s working I will have a great experience.

Handy to where we stayed attendant provided change every time we went. Different sized washing machines started at £5 per wash. Service wash if you want. Pretty standard for laundromat. Couple of machines out of order but coin slot covered up so worst that happened was that if you didn’t notice you loaded the machine then found you couldn’t put the money in

I packed light for a 2 week stay in London and Bobo's Bubbles was right down the street from my hotel. I went midday on a Friday and there were only a few people in there. The attendant was very helpful and kind. It has reasonable prices and was quite clean. I was so happy to find this place. Thankfully, as I was searching the list on Google maps for a launderette, I contacted Debonair Cleaners first but I could not do my own laundry there. They were kind enough to tell me about Bobo's and give me directions as well so a big shout out goes to them as well.

Nice /clean and helpful girl on site 3 sized machines on site for different load sizes. 1 load mid sized cost £6 and dryer cost £5 took 1.5 hrs enough time to read the papers usually in the place. Close to where we are staying

Nice clean laundry at with a friendly attendant that will give you change for the machines. I used the smaller load for 5 pounds and it cost me 3 pounds to dry. The wash machines offer 5 different washes, 3 have prewashes (hot, warm, and synthetics) and two without a prewash (wash n wear and cold). There are also larger machines. No free WiFi, but I used my phone hotspot and I was all set. This laundry mat also has a drop off service and shirt service). It’s was very close to my motel (Marriott Kensington p) and next door to a grocery store - Sainbury. I heartily recommend.

Much cheaper than hotel laundry service. Washing machine guide on the wall, no problem to use. Strong dryer, 1 pound for 11mins, 20p for 2 mins. The staff is nice service.(a far east lady) No coin exchanger, you need call staff for exchange.(you need 20p, or 1 pound for machine and 50p for washing powder) Near 1/4 washing machines out of service. Anyway, I think it is a not bad choice for me stay in holiday inn kensington.

Easy to use, got my clothes clean. Wash could do to be longer and drier is not very powerful so it costs a bit to get towels dry but it was ok. Wash is £5 in pound coins and lasts about 20 mins. Drier 20p for 2 mins/£1 for 10 mins (can pay in 20p/£1 coins). There is a staff member most of the time if you need help/change.

This laundromat is relatively cheap, easy to use and has plenty of machines (11 washers, 8 dryers). Washing is £5 or £6 depending on the option, drying £1 per 10 mins at cool or thermonuclear temperatures; choice is yours. The staff are polite and helpful, and if you forgot like me, will change money to £1 and .50p coins, as that’s all the machines take. (.50p for a full cup of wash power by the way, no way anyone needs that much, but it’s there).

Relatively small place but very good. 5 pounds for washing (minimum load was more than my clothes in one week) plus 1 pound for soap and 1 pound for drying. The drying is very big. The customer was short, straight, and to the point. No need to talk much. When in Kensignton again, I will visit them.
