This place is excellent value for money,very clean place, machine to change notes into coins, powder soup and much more. Jovita is the top staff she helps every thing person and always smiling. I recommend this place because I haven't found such a good place like the Central Wash.

Great place, everything works perfectly and it's clean and modern. Be careful with the dryers though if your dryer finishes and there's a couple of items that just need an additional 2 mins to fully dry... You have to pay another minimum payment of 2 pounds all over again :(

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Small load costs £5 and £1 for 10min drying. And a large load £8. They also sell soap powder and fabric conditioner and they have a change machine available which is very helpful. Little seating benches are also available to sit on whilst waiting.

This location was recommended by our hotel for laundry service. We had about a week's worth of clothing for two people that we wanted to wash before continuing our trip. We dropped our laundry off shortly after they opened and were told it would be 2 hours. The cost was reasonable at 12GBP for the one bag. When we arrived 4 hours later for pickup, our clothes were clean and folded. Not having to spend our vacation sitting at a laundromat was really valuable to us, so this was perfect.

Super fast and great price. I dropped a service wash in there today, expecting a 2-3 day turnaround I was really when she said it'd be ready in 2 hours! She weighed the bag too £11 which was great. I will certainly be using these guys again each time I swing through, I live on a canal boat so am always on the look out for a good laundrette. Really good service.

Fantastic! My family of four and I were halfway through our trip and had six days of dirty clothes to wash. They said 2 hours for wash and fold, and they delivered! Very inexpensive in my opinion; £24 or so for full service while we went to the London Eye for the evening. Well worth it and great service.

My first time taking my clothes and the lady behind the counter was extremely helpful. £5 a small load £7 large. Drying £1 for 10 mins. They also do a full service wash for you.

Simple and convenient way to wash and dry your laundry. Machines all take 1pound coins and the staff will help you select the correct wash or dryer setting for the size of your load. Cost me £8 to wash and dry a small-to-medium load.

Great little place to do laundry while visiting London. It has approximately a dozen washers both large load and small. Dryers are very efficient so don't load it with more money than is required to dry for more than 30 minutes. They do offer laundry service and there are two pubs, one directly across the street and one down the end of the block.

Easy to find and a short walk from my hotel at the Paddington train tube stop. The is a helpful attendant here. Her name is Lydia. She is courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. There is also a bill changer. For a 5 pound note it will dispense 1 pound coins. A full wash is 4 pounds and each 10 minutes of drying is 1 pound. The was took 15 minutes. Their machines appear to be fairly new. The dryer took about 30 minutes for a medium load of travel clothes. Great!

Small laundry. There is self service and drop off service available. For self service, small washing machine will cost you £4 and a large load £6. Dryers are £1 per 10 minute. Soap and fabric softener are £1 each. The drop off service will cost you £11 for small and £13 For large loads and it takes about 2 hours. Place is clean and if you are using the washing machines there, you will have priority use of the dryers. A lot of locals will bring their washed laundry there to be dried and it fills up quickly. I gave 4 stars because it misses a folding table, but pretty good overall.

I would give 5 stars for the dark haired lady that works here and the facilities etc however I would give zero stars for the new long blonde haired lady. She is rude, extremely rude in fact and rather insulting. I witnessed her call a lady an idiot and was verbally disgusting to her. She insulted another guy that came in and called him stupid. He rightly asked for a manager and she said she owned the shop. I took my laundry and left. I now go to a laundry in Kilburn further than I’d like but I cannot stand idly by and listen to the rubbish that the new lady spouts. I don’t know how the customer didn’t slap her as she was very insulting to her calling her a useless nobody. That was all I needed to hear about this particular lady’s customer service skills. I have also written to the letters page of the evening standard. Nobody should employ such a nasty mouthed individual as the long blonde haired lady. She takes the laundry in over the counter without such as a smile.

Always friendly staff. £7 for a large machine and £5 for a normal one. Can have to wait for a machine to come free occasionally. Close to lots of shops if you want to nip for a coffee while your waiting.
