Chase has been fantastic for customer service and professional quality. We regularly use them for shirts and dry cleaning and have been saved by them numerous times when our washing machine has been out of service or when the duvets need a refresh. Delivery and pickup from the house are always convenient and excellent.

I decided to use chase dry cleaners for my wife's luxury garments after it was recommended to me by a friend and I was so impressed that I am now a returning customer for my other clothing. Everything was dealt with professionally and I was given a few updates regarding the cleaning process along the way. One was due to a stain that I was unaware of, they took permission before attempting to clean it as it was an expensive item. When I mentioned the stain to my wife, she confirmed there was a stain but forgot to tell me about it. We then asked them to try cleaning it and amazingly it all came off. The second was regarding a broken button, this I was aware of. They said they will look on the coat and if it has a spare attached then they would replace it for me. Unfortunately it didn't and I later found the spares at home. Will give it to them for my next dry clean of the coat. I also gave some white shirts that they hand washed and I haven't seen my collars so white since it was first bought. All the other dry cleaners that I had tried before would still leave marks behind. If that wasn't already going the extra mile, they even offered a delivery service which was hugely convenient for me. They are pioneers in the trade of dry cleaning and I can't recommend them enough.
