I recently used Chelsea Green Valet to dry clean a particularly delicate wedding gown and was delighted with not only the outcome but also the service. Every person I spoke to was extremely helpful, ensuring the dress was ready for the tight turn around needed (during the busy Christmas season) and that it was boxed beautifully. The bride was thrilled and I was a very happy customer knowing her dress would be preserved for years to come. I would highly recommend them and plan to use their services again soon.

They not only came to me, they had great suggestions about how to make the alterations I needed, and it was done in less than 36 hours, before I had to fly back to the states. Amazing!!!! Ladies, for anything from dresses, to delicate cashmere and beautiful pieces, you can trust them to take care of your pieces! They cleaned and restored a very beautiful archive Azzedine Alaïa dress which had numerous old stains on it and very delicate woven fabric. A family run business and couldn't recommend them more!

The team at Chelsea Green Valet are miracle workers! The staff are always so warm, friendly and helpful and the service they provide is outstanding. I sadly got a large oil stain on my favourite jacket recently, a pale beige Burberry trench coat. I apologetically dropped it off with the team, advising that I’d appreciate them attempting to clean it but that I fully expecting it couldn’t be fixed. Amazingly after a lot of love and careful attention the coat is now as good as new! I’m so incredibly grateful to all the staff for their hard work and assistance. I don’t dry clean regularly but I’d never take my clothes anywhere else!

Chelsea Green Valet is a superb dry cleaners that recently did an extraordinary job on a sport coat of mine, after it was stained by a leaky bottle of mouthwash in my suitcase. With so many competitors in the area, I did not know which cleaners to trust. I am so glad I went with Chelsea Green Valet, because the proprietor takes a personal interest in your garment. Right away, after I told her what happened, she examined my Harris Tweed coat -- and said that she would run it through the process twice -- at no extra cost -- to make sure that the stain came out of the lining. When I picked my coat up, it was like new: a beautiful job done professionally and delivered on time -- just as was promised. Now, if I have any other dry cleaning needs, I know where to go to get the most challenging problem resolved.

They were very friendly, picked up the laundry from the hospital reception and - true to their word - delivered it to me the following day well within the 24 hour target. It is, sadly, rare these days to find such a great service, so I am happy to call it out here.
