The gentleman who who has served me every time is a lovely, kind, professional man. He clearly genuinely cares about his customers and their items. I have used this dry cleaners for a stitching repair and dry cleaning and both services have been great, reasonably priced and done efficiently. Clean image really does deserve thier 5 stars. This is a family run establishment that offers a range of services: Dry cleaning, shoe repair, key cutting, tailoring, etc.. the owner are very friendly, welcoming and really deliver my items in a timely manner; I couldn’t recommend them any more. I have been dealing with them for my dry cleaning and tailoring services ever since moving to Fulham since 2016 and they’ve been spectacular. Thanks again for providing the best service and removing hard stains on my shirts and making them look like brand spanning new.

I've used their services for many things: fixing a broken zip for my jeans, new soles and heels for winter boots, dry cleaning, repair of leather backpack. Excellent service. I took in my black suede boots and they have been re-heeled and now look as good as new. I also took in my wedding dress and they cleaned and mended it for such a reasonable price. My husband always takes his suits here and he is very particular, so they must do a brilliant job. Lovely friendly family run place. Always very accommodating if you need something back quickly. Highly recommend this place for all dry cleaning needs, clothes, duvet, shoes etc.

Always a great experience! I have been contemplating throwing away a few pairs of designer shoes because they are so battered. But Roger has fixed them for me for a very reasonable price! I would highly recommend! Apart from shoe repairing, I also have been using their dry cleaning services, including silk and delicate material - never had a problem. Also they do key cutting :)

Fantastic personal service at a very sensible price! Very helpful on the phone when establishing the likely cost of cleaning and repairing a range of different curtains. I took them in and when I explained I had tenants moving in two days later, they turned everything round in less than half the usual time and they were ready exactly when they said they would be, all beautifully cleaned. They also called me to clarify an error I had made in counting the curtains and again when the curtains were ready for collection. Faultless, highly recommended!

I cannot rate Clean Image highly enough. After recently moving to the area, I searched Google for a dry cleaners to service my winter coat and cut a key for me. I read so many positive reviews about Clean Image which I soon found to be true! The dry clean itself was perfect, the coat is a designer item that I am often quite nervous to take to a dry cleaners but the quality of the service was spot on - I would definitely say if you are nervous about servicing more expensive items this is the place to go and I will continue to take my items here. I took quite an ‘old’ front door key to be cut, a shape which I was told was not easy to duplicate, however the lovely man in the shop (sorry I forgot your name! Ironic with my below comment) took the time to search through hundreds of keys in the back of the shop to help me find the right one, which luckily fit my door perfectly. Above all the service from the lovely man and woman in the shop made my week! Small attentions to detail such as them remembering my name and asking friendly general questions/taking the time to chat, really made me smile, which I appreciated all the more after just moving here! Thank you both for your wonderful service and for leaving me with a warm smile!

I had tried a couple of other dry cleaners with no luck but thought I’d give it one last shot. Clean Image was extremely helpful and took their time to discuss the different dry cleaning/stain removal options with me.
