Really lovely and very professional service. I have a handmade Persian rug, he gave it a gentle clean but still got a lot of dirt out! Really lifted the colour without damaging the rug and he took really good care.

I don’t usually do reviews but I have to give credit where it is due. CCL did an amazing job. The customer service team were very friendly, polite and the prices reasonable. They were punctual and explained what they were going to do and products to be used. The work was done in no time and I couldn’t ask for a better service... Cleaner Carpets London did a fantastic job completely removing the large hot chocolate stains from our cream carpeted staircase. After searching over 3 days for a decent carpet cleaner in terms of reliability and price I came across this company. Usually, I wait a long time on the phone for a response. This company responded my phone call within 30 seconds. Very polite on the phone and sounded professional. After discussing my request, they asked about a suitable time for ME. Usually they give you a time they prefer. I was very impressed with their service. Their work was clean and tidy. Very organised and left my flat without me having to lift a finger. What a great job! The cleaner arrived promptly and worked efficiently. Our carpets were disgusting and smelly and he left them spotless. He went above and beyond to make sure every bit of the carpet was clean. He was very respectful of the property and tidied up after himself. After Much searching for a Good Carpet Cleaning Company, I found Cleaner Carpets on Google. EXCELLENT Service, two friendly young gentlemen very happily and proficiently came to my door and detailed my car and cleaned my woolen stair case carpet, After God knows how long it had not been done. Excellent job and Very well priced. I will be calling upon this company again in 12 months to do the annual refresh. Very Professional and efficient. Excellent. I've had my carpets cleaned many times over the years (they're cream!) and this was not only done really well, but for a very reasonable price. What's more, he gave me some invaluable advice - apparently I have a bit of mould in my bedroom which I've now got rid of and will now be buying a dehumidifier. What can I say, I was very impressed with the customer service initially. We had a problem with an old wine stain on our carpet which we thought we had to change the whole lot. I don’t usually leave comments for anything but I think these guys deserved it. I have a horrible tenant who ruined my beautiful cream carpets. There was food, pet stain you name it we had it. I looked around and found Cleaner Carpets online. Customer service was excellent, they offered me few solutions and two of their technicians came and the house. I couldn’t believe the result, Carpets looked like new and I didn’t have to replace them. Will definitely recommend this company, price was reasonable and quality of work was brilliant.

Used these guys for an end of tenancy carpet clean. The carpet was very dirty. 4 people and a cat had routinely been using the one room we needed cleaning. Multiple stains, food, dirt from shoes etc. I originally thought I would have to replace the entire carpet but decided to give a cleaning a go first. The technician was super friendly and worked very quickly. Took about 45 minutes and all stains were removed. I'm very impressed with the cost and the end result. I found this company through 'Bark' a neighbourhood service search. Honestly I went with them as they gave me most competitive quote . Today we had the lovely Aren turn up to work his magic on two carpets that needed a professional clean as we have a new tenant moving in soon. It must be said that we inherited stains that could be best described as alien in nature...God only knows 😳 👽There was also coffee stains ( me 🙄) that went back years no doubt. He worked above and beyond to raise the stains to the point where l no longer wish to wear shoes in the house it was THAT much of a transformation. For the price we paid for practically a new carpet it was well worth it and our landlady is thrilled. He left us with a small ammount of lovely smelling stuff that has since been diluted into a litre bottle of spray. I can personally attest to Arens professionalism, advice and help in moving stuff accordingly. Thanks Aren...same time next year as I'll undoubtedly spill drops of coffee running out the door to work...Ha! I highly recommend Carpet Cleaners London 😎!!
