SIMPLY AMAZING, THE HEART OF THE PEOPLE IN HERE IS ENORMOUS, THEY TAKE BIG PRIDE IN THE WORK THEY DO AND THEY ARE NOT GREEDY. IN FACT THERE HAVE BEEN TIMES WHEN THEY HAVE DONE FAVORS AND HAVENT CHARGED ME BECAUSE MAYBE IT WAS SUCH A QUICK AND SIMPLE THING TO FIX. THIS SORT OF BEHAVIOUR IS RARE NOWADAYS. THANK you AGAIN

They truly are Angels in disguise! I had a problem with my wedding dress where it had gotten to Big from stress and last minute finesse dry cleaners saved the day, late on a Saturday when it was was a bank holiday weekend they fixed it for me in 3hours and we’re really reasonable! I always get my clothing altered here, they are the best by far. Highly recommended.

Tahir, the Owner / Tailor is great, really polite and professional. I had to get some trousers adjusted and even though he was booked up with other work, he still managed to squeeze me in and and have the trousers done the next day, a real life saver ! I have also had my clothes dry cleaned and he is just a thoroughly plenty and polite man who gets the work done with no drama or fuss. I would definitely recommend him and he makes a great change from the previous owner, who as soon as you said had a stain, would like a catch phrase / automatic response say “he could not promise anything about getting a stain out ”, even without looking at the mark ! Tahir in comparison always looks at the stain / mark and says he will always do his best. Tahir business model is to make sure he gives you a good service when dry cleaning or tailoring your clothes, so that you come back again and again and become a repeat customer. It is great to have a local, independent business who offers this level of service. Keep up the good work !
