B. S.Excellent service. We have been having our kitchen done and as such don’t have a washing machine and the house is incredibly dusty. I text them, they collect our clothes, wash dry and fold them and then drop them back within 24h. It’s been invaluable to us.
J. R.Wow! I may never do laundry at home again. Called in a bit of a bind as am doing renovations and machine was out of action. Had a mountain of washing. Called and everything was picked up ridiculously quickly and returned same day smelling brilliant and perfectly folded. Cannot fault these guys and will be using... perhaps forevermore. I am a full-time massage therapist and so use a lot of towels treating my clients. Nim has been my preferred supplier since 2019. He picks up my 🧳suitcase towels I leave at the clinic at the end of my work week Monday evening. And he has not let me down once. When I arrive to start my next work week my suitcase is in my treatment room complete, clean, dry, folded 100% of the time.
I have trialled 3 other laundrettes and they have all been less customer focussed than Nim. Top man and a nice approachable guy too.
