Absolutely fantastic service and beautiful repairs to my handbag. New leather straps were added to a high quality handbag and were as beautifully done as the original ones were. I had to travel on short notice and Jackson’s went out of their way to deliver it early to my home so I could have it for the next day. Friendly, professional, polite and amazing customer service. Very highly recommended!

I have been using Jacksons since August 2004 and not only have I found their service exemplary, but after changing ownership a few years ago, they have actually upped their game!! The quality of dry cleaning is second to none, your whites come out whiter, your expensive fabrics are treated with care and restored, their repairs are superior to some West end tailors (e.g. recent invisible repair of a leather jacket). Colleagues on a business trip once remarked as to why all the shirts in my luggage were brand new and I laughed, responding "that's how my dry cleaners pack them", to their amazement. Due to covid and the lockdown restrictions placed on their store they offer a 5 star service including collection and pick up of your items and full sms and phonecall contact throughout the process. Such a pleasure to deal with and such a game changer that they are willing to come to your house. You wont find better value for money!
