M. B.First time doing laundry at a launderette. Great experience. The attendant was very helpful in getting me set up with the right machines and I like that it was open very early in the AM on a weekend to beat the crowds. Will definitely be back to do my laundry again to wash bedding, etc, as my washer isn't working correctly at the moment. Convenient location - just a couple of tube stops from my flat and then a short walk from the station which is also great when you're carrying heavy bags of laundry.

V. H.The place is clean and the staff is helpful. The fact that it's open even on the weekend and is by the Bermonsdey station makes it ideal for anyone around East London.
Edit: I've removed a star because I arrived at 14:45 on Sunday and they said it was closing, so I've wasted 5£ in transport. Please update the times schedule to not disappoint customers.

I was served today 18/10/18 by a young blonde girl and it was very quiet but she was very professional and welcoming. I have had a service wash for a massive bag (ikea blue bag) size of clothes she has done an amazing job and they all smell lovely. She has even gone to the effort for pairing my socks!
I have not been in the area long maybe a month and after a bad service last time (from a middle aged dark haired lady, sorry if it is your Mum) I was put off but I am SO HAPPY I gave it another chance.
Hats off to the young girls in the shop they deserve recognition for their hard work. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER xxx
