The owner is the absolute sweetest who helped me with my laundry and then made me a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant in the little cafe to make me feel at home back in NY vibes! E. W.Lovely afternoon doing laundry (when can you say that?!) here at this launderette cafe. Aty, the owner, is delightfully helpful and very welcoming. Did self laundry, affordably priced, and enjoyed sitting outside with a gorgeous iced latte from the deli while waiting. Don’t miss this hidden gem when visiting or living in the area! Would give 10 stars if I could!

I recently tried out the laundrette after being in the area and could not be any happier! The owners were very lovely and accommodating to my needs, I even enjoyed a sandwich at their cafe (which was delicious).

E. V.I travel a great deal and part of my life is going to laundries in different countries and cities. This is the best laundry including self-service in which I've ever been. I don't think I can express myself better than that. I went there, sit down with a coffee and something to nibble on. Did some work with my laptop, with good background music, and all of a sudden my clothes were clean and dry. Nice.
L. S.Probably the best launderette I've been in, and I've been in a few. Owner very keen to help with your laundry, usually I just chuck all my work clothes in together and get it done. Not so on this visit, the owner helped be break the clean wet laundry into optimal piles to make sure everything is dry properly. Nice little cafe at the front to sit and wait in as well. Highly recommended

It is a real pleasure to deal with polite and professional people no matter the service being used; at Lancaster Launderette the service is truly professional, the attitude of the staff and attention they afford the clients is actually something special. The launderrete also has a cafe and tables to allow you to eat and drink something nice while you wait if you choose. Pay attention that this review is about a laundry service, this should give an idea of the wonderful impression made on my wife and I by our experience. This service has many excellent reviews and I can say from our experience, they are accurate and well deserved!

P. B.Brilliant Sunday Morning Breakfast two days ago. My husband Alex used to come here 50 odd years ago to wash the Lancaster Gate Hostel football teams shirts every Monday night. The owner Elvis was very welcoming and when we told him this story he was so interested and took our photo for his records. He was a very nice gentleman. This wee cafe and Laundry is well worth a visit.
