C. J.This place is SO fast! I've had a pair of trousers tailored in two days and just got three items back the day after without even paying for rush service. They even text when your items are ready so you never waste your time.
A.Very good service and professional in cleaning and alterations. One day I forgot £15 in my jacket and the money was attached to the jacket in an envelope. I would have forgotten about it but it shows that people working there are honest and value good customer service! Can only recommend them

C. R.Having lived in the vicinity for three years I decided to increase the rating of the place. Never hah I had a bad service, a damaged item, a wrongly treated item. It took a while to build up friendlier relationship with the blonde hostess, as she has been a bit abrupt initially, but now I don't even have to say my name and we're very nice to each other. Clothes returned always on time, with an sms notification, also flexible payment methods. Attentive attitude to my expensive and/or special items. Overall, can't complain about anything, everything is great, keep it up! 👍

The dry cleaning quality is OK while the wash and iron service is pretty average.
I often had damaged buttons or creasing marks (from high ironing temperatures).
Note that the place is on the back of the building behind Surrey Quays Road.
