New review: Wife popped back into the shop today when the manager (Austin) was in. She said he was really lovely and understanding and refunded her £10 instantly. He is also going to raise how rude the other lady was on the phone who just kept ignoring my wife's calls. Original review: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Wife visited at 10:30 this morning when their change machine stole my wife's last £10. Contacted the attendants but now over 7 hours later they are choosing to ignore all of my wife's calls and texts. Avoid at all costs. Dreadful service. Despite being a previously loyal customer we will NOT be returning.

Longer opening hours....considerate, friendly and very polite. Also, the new management is always around to help people, which is indeed very helpful.
