Had an excellent experience with Monster cleaning two carpets ahead of new tenants moving in. They had already been cleaned by another firm but frankly were still both stained and clearly not properly cleaned. I managed to book late on Thursday night for a first thing Saturday clean and the booking process was very impressive. The team arrived on time with fantastic equipment and all the right products to remove the stains. The carpets looked totally different after the clean. Very pleased by this company's level of human flexibility, willingness to work with me, compared with the rigidity of several other companies I spoke with. I was out of town for the end of my tenancy and my light bulb went out on the day that I left. I had to coordinate a cleaning after that, and no other company would be willing to clean the bathroom without any working light in it. Monster cleaners finally came and bought light bulbs, changed them, and did their best jobs despite the non ideal conditions. The price was the second lowest out of the handful I spoke to, but the only one who was willing to work with me in my own circumstances. Very professional and courteous throughout the whole process... Recommend.

Excellent and reliable service, which we have known and used for nearly two years. Two cleaners normally attend together in a company car for which parking is needed, they work for a minimum of three hours and usually bring their own industrial cleaning products. The office will communicate and confirm appointments and bill payment promptly. There are long-term regular staff who know what they are doing. Their manager is responsive to the odd issue which may arise and resolve problems quickly. Highly recommended.

End of tenancy cleaning. Well worth the money and would recommend and use monster cleansing services again. Had a fantastic experience with Emil and his team. Very hardworking, professional and worked for over 7 hours to make the house look brand new again. They cleaned a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom semi detached house and at last minute were happy to be asked to clean extra for a bit more cost. They were very accommodating and made sure everything was done to highest possible standards!

I originally contacted Monster Cleaning because I wanted One Off (instead of End of Tenancy Cleaning). A friend of mine that was moving out soon told me I should do that in order to save some money. When I spoke with them a very friendly girl kindly explained to me that I would be far more content with the results if I booked the End of Tenancy. She explained to me that their One Off doesn’t guarantee a deep clean the property and may take more hours to achieve the needed results. Their Tenancy Services also have a 48-hour guarantee and for a 40£ more (than the One-Off) I would receive the proper cleaning that needs to be done in order to get my rental deposit back. I decided to trust them and I was not disappointed. My home was completely deep-cleaned and I got my deposit.

I booked this company because I had a radiator leak in my living room and my carpet was cream colour so because of the radiator leak it was an old radiator which made my carpet brown and rusty colour I called and spoke to a guy called George very friendly and respectful, he told me not to worry they’ll get it sorted my wife was very stressed out because of the state the radiator caused to the carpet Whilst I booked with George I asked him if they came do my living and room and the strained with landing. It's hard to find cleaners that are consistent, well priced and are easy to communicate with. I found the customer service on the phone easy to deal with, they call before they arrive to let you know when they will be there. They always take extra care when cleaning and even offer deals and discounts that come in handy. They also are more than happy to correct any mistake or misses and are always willing to try to make you a happy customer. I feel like our home can finally be clean without me stressing about it all the time. With Monster Cleaning I don't have to worry about what I'll find or need to find when I get home.

On the day they turnt up on time (early in fact) done within 3 hours as predicted. My house is spotless- fridge, oven, kitchen work tops, carpets, bathroom everything! Effective and efficient communication via email also! I would only say just confirm everything they are going to clean before hand via email and double check before and after the clean. I spilt wine on my carpet and after a few failed attempts to clean it I called Monster Cleaning. They had availability for the next day, which was very lucky and the stain was gone as soon as the carpet dried up after they cleaned it. First experience review - 11/03/17: Very poor - I wish I could give zero as they are not even worth that. I called them two days ago to do deep cleaning of my cupboards/cabinets, kitchen and hoovering and mopping of the house. None of this was done to the standards of a professional cleaning company. The cabinet in my lounge, microwave and the oven were untouched and they charged us for 12 man hours and left. I was unable to pay attention at the time they were cleaning as I had to urgently go elsewhere - but then that was the sole idea of hiring a professional company. Please do not use this company ever. *** Review following my complain - 21/03/17*** After I complained about the above they agreed to send the cleaners again to clean some of the items that I listed (not comprehensive) in my email. They arrived promptly last Saturday and cleaned the listed items. Other than the oven, rest of the cleaning was satisfactory this time. So, I review the star rating to 3 as they accepted their fault and tried to mend it (not more because of the inconvenience I went through).

We hired Monster Cleaning to perform a deep clean in our home after builders had done some moderately messy work. There was a lot of fine dust all over the floors, walls, ceilings and furniture.
