Incredible local dry cleaner and tailor - honestly impossible to find this quality in modern London. I brought in a very challenging dress to alter which was one size too big for me and all pleated and Golam did an incredible job! So lucky to have found such a great place.

The team at NDCA did a wonderful job — from the colour to the material to the stitching, this incredibly worn item suddenly looks brand new. Highly recommended!

Nextdoor Dry Cleaning is the best in Holland Park for alterations. They do everything from hemming T-shirts, complex sleeve alterations, to trouser shortening. Gholam is so friendly, kind, talented, and clearly cares about his job and his customers a lot. Gholam did an amazing job on a jumpsuit I took in for a complete top alteration! He restructured the top, cutting the thick straps, bringing in the sides to make it smaller and fit better, relining the back and adding a new zip which ultimately made it a classy strapless jumpsuit - exactly what I had in mind. You cannot see it has been altered at all. I highly recommend taking your wardrobe here for any alterations or dry cleaning services. The service is amazing!

This is the BEST ALTERATIONS place in London. Such good value and really good quality tailoring. I had a jumpsuit made a size smaller and I couldn't be happier with the results - its absolutely perfect and it was a really difficult job, as the jumpsuit has an inner corset. He has altered a silk dress and coat, fixed a ripped shoulder in a shorn mink coat and arranged repairs to the fraying edges of my old Chinese rugs. All perfect. It’s like I have a whole new wardrobe of clothes because I can take things to him which don’t really fit well and he makes them look amazing again. I recently bought an expensive dress for a party the day of, but when it arrived it didn’t fit me well at all. I took it to this tailor and he carried out a very tricky alteration perfectly, and in great time (same day). Very reasonably priced as well and extremely friendly.

He tells you what your options are and makes sure that it’s done to perfection. If there’s anything that needs to be done by a certain date he will go out of his way to make sure of it. The small changing area in the shop makes it easy to bring items and have them properly pinned, and the results are so good it’s hard to even spot the tailoring. After living east and west in London and sampling many dry cleaners, I have never found a more personable, professional dry cleaner with the most can-do attitude and the highest of standards with my luxury garments.
