I decided to call Premium Clean for our end of tenancy cleaning. The team came on time: 3 energetic girls, who did a fantastic job, with absolutely no supervision (I had no time to pop by, while busy with the move). The flat was sparkling clean in less than 3 hours, with outstanding results on limescale and the oven. Communication was good. I would definitely recommend

My house required an end-of-tenancy clean and I spent a number of hours looking online at various cleaning companies before settling on Premium Clean, which has good reviews across a number of websites. A team of cleaners visited the house for an initial clean, which none of the housemates were in attendance for, but the landlord was not 100% happy with the result. Fortunately, when I called the Premium Clean office a new date was arranged for a re-clean of the house, at no additional cost to the tenants. Although the company were busy with other jobs and had limited availability, they were able to expedite the day of the re-clean and came back within 24 hours of me contacting them, four days before their next advertised availability. When they arrived for the re-clean (again, none of the tenants were in attendance), the landlord (who was) asked the cleaners to carry out additional services not usually included in the base end-of-tenancy clean (such as window cleaning, rubbish clearance and gardening), and the cleaners took to the job without hesitation or protestation, at only a small additional cost to the tenants. In addition, two of the three mattresses, which were significantly soiled and which the landlord had said would need replacing, were efficiently and effectively cleaned by Premium Clean's mattress technician, which saved us quite a bit of extra money, as the landlord only needed to replace one mattress. As the tenants had moved out by this point, I communicated with a very polite and generous man (Chris) over the phone during the re-clean, and he was really helpful and reassuring while he simultaneously liaised with the landlord. Overall, I had a very positive experience of using Premium Clean and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a polite, professional and proficient cleaning company.

Fantastic end of tenancy clean by two lovely ladies. We got our full deposit back which says quite a lot in it self. The flat (a basement flat) was getting a little mouldy and damp, and they did a great job in reducing this dramatically and generally cleaning the whole place to a high standard. We used Premium Clean for an End of Tenancy cleaning in December. We were very pleased with the way the bedroom carpet was clean, it looked better than when we moved in! :) The people who came for the cleaning arrived 40 minutes late. The cleaning was very good, although they forgot to clean some of the smaller items that appeared in their End of Tenancy cleaning list. We emailed Premium Clean about it and they offered us to come back and clean those items, as promised in their website. Unfortunately, we were supposed to return the keys to the landlord the day after that, so we ended up taking care of those bits ourselves. Premium clean offered us a small refund because of that.

I've waited a couple of days to write this review because I wanted to see how the upholstery looked after the clean. I'm thrilled! Booked in for cleaning 2 armchairs and an ottoman. The cats had vomited on them and I made an attempt to clean it and ended up staining the material (linen) further. Kiril explained the options and was transparent about what could be done. I decided to go for a chemical treatment that totally removed the stains. It was all done in under an hour and he was professional and very knowledgable about stains and treatments. I will certainly be asking for Kiril in future if the cats get at the furniture again.

We ordered End of Tenancy cleaning and most of the flat was cleaned well, however simple things such as light dusting of lamp shades, radiators and blinds weren't done. There was also staining on the wooden kitchen floors. When contacted to say that we'd like someone to come around to finish this off (at check out we were told that the cleaning wasn't sufficient so we wouldn't get our full deposit back) we were told that it wasn't their fault and they shouldn't have to get someone out to finish the job. So while its a great clean, they shouldn't advertise it as end of tenancy if they won't ensure that its complete to get your money back for your end of tenancy.

Used End of Tenancy cleaning + carpet steam clean for 1 Bed unfurnished flat in a new build. Although flat was kept in a good condition it required a proper clean everywhere. Also, I don't have equipment to steam clean carpets. The company did an impressive job. Oven looked like new and bathroom was very shiny. They also cleaned all plinths along walls which is a real pain to clean. Got my full deposit back and very good feedback from my landlord. For all these people who are not happy I can say one thing: make sure you clean your properties all the time. If you live in a mess and drop food on a floor and let is stay for many years it can't be cleaned unless you want to use highly concentrated acids that damage material.

The overall experience was ok, not great. Three cleaners came to do the job of cleaning a 1.5/2 bedroom apartment. They were done after 3 hours. When I checked I found a couple of things not cleaned - e.g. interior of some wardrobes/cupboards not wiped, behind sink on the table top not wiped, windows in the bedroom not cleaned etc. I pointed all that out and they fixed it. Further, the windows were not properly cleaned with a wiper but just 'rubbed' with a cloth - i.e. still a lot of smears on it. (Fingers crossed that the landlord accepts that). However, in the living room the windows were not cleaned all the way to the top. When I pointed that out she simply said that she couldn't reach it. I explicitly stated the fact that I have high windows when booking. I expected them to come with their van (as the website talks about parking fees etc.) and bring their equipment (such as a latter). But the three ladies came by tube, did only bring basic cleaning equipment (basically a cloth and some surface cleaner). They did not bring a latter, did not even bring a vacuum. Bottom-line: Overpriced for what they delivered. If I had given my regular cleaner 2/3 of the cost, that would equate to 10h, she would have done a better job. So not much 'professional' about the service. They are quick and do a fairly good job. That's it.
