Excellent customer service! Very fast turnaround on tailoring when we needed trousers patched and taken in, and they were open on a Sunday which is a huge bonus!

We have used this shop for dry cleaning for a long while and always impressed with how fast and meticulous our clothes would be completed by. My partner had a dress that needed altering which the gentleman who runs the shop did absolutely perfectly. What most impressed me was how perfectly he took an idea I had in my head to alter a work bag I had to add wheels to it, he listened and translated my idea into reality perfectly. If you want friendly above and beyond service then look no further!

We recently bought an antique wardrobe which locks with a single old key. Worried about losing the key, my dad asked Maurad at Pressed 2 Perfection to make a copy. It was a difficult job - one that Timpson had refused - and one that required Maurad to drill down the central stalk of the key to make it hollow. It took some careful thinking and some painstakingly delicate work but Maurad's efforts paid off and we now have a spare key that works perfectly. As a result, we recommend Pressed 2 Perfection wholeheartedly.

High standard of work and good turn around times! Great one stop shop for Cleaning, Alterations, Shoe Repairs and Key Cutting. I have been told that they recently upgraded their cleaning machines to 'eco friendly' wet cleaning machines. I have noticed my clothes are brighter, have restored texture and no longer have that hint of chemical smell in them. Staff are very friendly and take your needs into consideration. The best, by a long way, in Highams Park! And the ONLY ONE to provide eco friendly wet cleaning. But dont take my word for it. Try them out yourselves! You wont be disappointed.
