I never leave reviews, but had to leave one for the guys at River Dry Cleaners. We came to them with SO MUCH to do. Dry cleaning, alterations, a specific job for a curtain to be made from fabric we brought to them. They were SO knowledgable and friendly and had everything was ready for us in a week. When we picked up our items, the alterations were done to perfection, our curtains too, and the dry cleaning was perfect! We're new to the area but will be living here for quite some time and have found our go to dry cleaners! I'd leave 10 stars if I could!

This dry cleaner works miracles. I had some furniture wax staining on 4 much-loved, very expensive wool and cashmere jumpers and was distraught. The gentleman at this shop was kind and cautiously optimistic. And indeed today when I picked them up, not a stain in sight. I previously relied on them for regular dry cleaning, alterations and duvets, but this work was exceptional. Without hesitation, I will entrust them with my most precious pieces.

Absolutely wonderful. For about 3 years now I have trusted all of my most valuable items to these guys and I can truthfully say they are experts at what they do. They are very professional and accommodating. I have used their express and standard services and I can say they will do the best job in both. Even though I moved away from the area, I still use their services because I highly doubt I will find another Dry Cleaners like them! They even have a delivery service which just makes it so much easier. Highly recommended and great value for money!

Amazing service and price! Just had a vintage Burberry coat restored to almost brand new condition! Impeccable expertise service given, i cannot recommend this place to everyone! Sam gave perfect service and advice for aftercare. Life long customer from now on!

I hve been a long time client of River Dry cleaners. I used both their tailoring and dry cleaning services and I can tell they are providing excellent services. They always treated me professionally and in a kind manner, respecting all my requests. Ironing and wrapping the clothes was always top quality, too. I never had any quality issue with them, what’s more they gave excellent advice how to store special clothes in order to avoid quality damage, and always suggested great solutions for tailoring as well. I could trust them with my most fragile and top quality clothes. The vibe of the shop is equally great, a well organized and longtime working together team of men are eager to help. I ripped the under arm of my coat and needed the alteration to be completed the same day. I rang River Dry Cleaners at 10:15am they told me to bring my coat in straight away. I got to the store about 10:30 and within 15/20 minutes they had completed the alteration and pressed my coat. Fantastic service, quality and price. Your garments are in good hands.

The service is friendly, fast and reliable. I took my favorite leather jacket here to have the zip fixed. I was very apprehensive at first, and wanted to check every detail of the process, from finding the right zip to check the stitching. In the end the jacket was returned to me like it was new and for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them for either repairs or dry-cleaning.

These days, it's rare that you get excellent service, friendly and helpful specialists and excellent results but this dry cleaners really does provide all three. The customer service is excellent,concretely, I would like to mention Sam, he is very friendly, professional and helpful. My wife and I have received excellent service everytime we have taken something to River Specialist Dry Cleaners from her wedding dress (dry cleaned) to repairs to jeans (rips in the crotch area and the legs being taken up) to a pair of suede boots that actually they thought they wouldn't be able to make them any better - at least they were prepared to say that and not try to rip us off. Plus a polite and smiley service. Hugely recommended.

I had to get a dinner suit alter in a very short notice. I rang a few companies in Canary Wharf who said they couldn't do it and were not help. Rang River Specialist and they said to come in and they would do their best. Which they did - same day - and more important, friendly staff and great service and finish to my suit.
