M. 1.Jacket went in for a new zip and a clean.
Came back amazingly clean. Nice and lofty for a down jacket. However, the zip isn't great. Constantly sticks and they messed up the pocket by not seeing it all back together right.
I'd defo use their cleaning service again though.
