Sorted out my jacket zip in no time flat and for a fair price. The dry cleaning facilities always look busy, though I haven't tried them myself. Not many other options nearby, so I will remember to return when I need them.

Friendly staff who were very accomodating. Dry cleaned a two-piece suit and they said it would ready by the afternoon. Affordable prices. Suit had marks on it and came out looking delightful. Great service, which I'll be using again I'm sure!

Cash only…!? I don’t trust it. Maybe I’ve watched too many movies… I took two suits and they had to clean them twice because the stains didn’t come off. Apparently I didn’t tell them there were coffee stains… Aren’t they supposed to ‘dry clean’ the suits, whether I tell them there are specific stains on them or not????

Consistently great. Universal Dry Cleaners are near my work and as I’ve moved home a few times over the past few years I’ve tried different dry cleaners nearer to home, but I’ve always been sorely disappointed and always come back to Universal. They always do a great job. They have all the best kit. They have a great cloths repair service. Prices are great. What more could you ask for. Oh yes, they’re all super nice people. Highly recommended.

I bought a suit jacket but it was long so I get my suit jacket altered here. I called before I brought my jacket and a lady was kind and friendly on the phone.Young lady helped to get altered and her job was very professional, excellent and quick. I went weekend and I have an conference Mon and Tue but she did within a day. The price is very reasonable with this perfect job. I def come back.Thank you.

I bought a very expensive dress for my friends wedding and realised the day I was supposed to be travelling that it was too long. I took the dress to universal dry cleaners and the lady who works there couldn't have been more helpful. She took a look and altered it for me within half an hour. I was a bit apprehensive as the dress was expensive but the work was seemless, the price was extremely reasonable and the service was brilliant. A great little place which I would definitely recommend!

The people at Universal are wonderful. It seems to a family-run business, where they take pride in their work. They go out of their way to accommodate customers -- like me -- who are in a rush or need something special done. Excellent for dry cleaning, laundering and repairs.
