Had a really great first experience with West Ham Dry Cleaners. I brought a vintage men's pea coat with rotten lining to be relined. I didn't get to meet the person who did the work as they weren't in the shop when I dropped the coat off, but they phoned me as soon as they returned and discussed the job, the price and the timeline with me. The job was done on time, to a very high standard and the price was very fair. In fact there are some things I regretted not discussing in our conversation, like keeping the original name tag (which was on the old rotten lining) of the naval officer who originally owned the coat in the new lining. But the person did that anyway of their own accord without me asking, they also added a loop to help with hanging the coat and did a minor repair on one of the pockets without me having to ask, and for no extra charge. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the job, and will definitely be coming back if I ever need any other alterations or repairs done. Recommended.
