My washing machine broke yeaterday. After calling up as ive never had to use a laundrette before, the owner was really helpful. When i arrived she had sorted 3 medium machines for me, advised where to put powder etc. Highly recommend. Didnt realise until being in here that she also does shirt service and washes/dries duvets, ironing and does tailoring too. Definitly recommend this company

The customer service was fantastic when my partner and I visited The Dolly Tub today. The man working there mentioned he was covering a shift. He was so helpful and polite and we will be going back there to do our washing and drying whilst we don't have a washing machine. Highly recommend if you need laundrette services.

All the way from Tenterden to wash duvets as laundrette close to my home or in Ashford were closed or had very bad reviews. Customer services at the Dolly Tub is 11/10. The nice lady there was very helpful. I will definitely recommend to others and go back there again.

Always take big Duvets and pillows to Dolly Tub. Quick, efficient. Thoroughly recommend. Always do a good job. Also dry cleaned a Northface coat and very large quilted bedspread. They do everything 😁

I have been using the dolly tub launderette for the last 3 years! They helped me out massively whilst my machine was broken where I worked and the staff were fantastic and friendly whilst helping me do all my washing. They also have a spin dryer here which helps get all the drying done quickly and cost effective. The only one in Maidstone to have one! I recommend this launderette to anyone in the Maidstone and surrounding areas!

It's a laundry! But the lady running it was lovely very patient with me as I haven't been to one in years lol I won't be going back as it was a one off thing but her regulars seem to be happy and like her. This was on a Saturday morning.
