Matt was super professional and did a great job in cleaning our carpeted floors. He was quick in responding, came to view and quote on the same day that I got in touch with him and was available to do the job the next week. He always gave 20-30 mins heads up before coming. Matt did the job in around 2 hours and the carpets are now clean as never. Too bad we didn't take any before pictures, but trust me, you would clearly see the difference. Even though we cleared the room from all smaller items, Matt moved the bigger ones (sofas, armchairs, table) as he cleaned, so we didn't need to carry heavy loads. After he finished the job he even left us a bottle of spots and stains spray cleaner to continuously take care of our carpets. All in all, super happy with the service, price, communication and everything else. Would definitely recommend hiring Matt :)

Matt is friendly,professional, efficient and reasonably priced. My stairs and landing carpet had numerous stains and we were thinking of getting it changed. However, the carpet looks new again since Matt has cleaned it, so a change is not necessary which is brilliant! I was going to throw my carpet away which was originally sage green in colour but due to the amount of traffic and my daughters wedding it went really dirty, however we contacted Matt and when he finished cleaning it the carpet literally looked new again and looked as though the carpet has life in it again. Matt came to a rental property of mine last week and I can’t recommend him enough. I was close to throwing away the hallway carpet but as it was only 10 months old I decided to have it cleaned and I’m glad I did, it looks like new, I can’t believe it & saved my so much time and hassle getting it replaced. I also asked about having the lounge LVT cleaned and it was also covered it stains and very sticky, again, this also looked like new after Matt had finished. He arrived on time, great communication and always polite and friendly. He has cleaned my own home and my Mums previously and never disappoints. Hello actually used Matt at my own home after a previous guy had done a terrible job. I wouldn’t go elsewhere now. Also, his own carpet cleaning spray is AMAZING. Thank you so much for your help.

This guy is well worth the money. Saw others that were cheaper but they were using what looked like a vax vacuum cleaner (probably as much use as a damp sponge). This guy uses powerful industrial equipment, made my carpets look like new. He even managed to reduce and remove some paint like stains that I thought were impossible to get rid of. Just wish I could show you my video of the amount of dirt that came out when he emptied his tank into the roadside grid...but I'm too embarrassed 😆
