I had put a suit in at short notice for alterations and dry cleaning. Was due to be ready at 10am this morning but the team had some issues and it was delayed, which was a bit of an issue as I was heading off for a funeral and needed the suit. Their customer service was outstanding, they pulled a rabbit out of the hat and they had the suit hand delivered to my house, in the end only 30 minutes late!. Thank you guys so much for sorting this for me and I am pleased to say the alterations are perfect! Great job well done.

They dry cleaned an enormous pair of curtains for me prior to moving out of a rented home. They were very friendly and quick. I've got them back now and they look even better than when I moved in!

Brilliant Service! I have two white tuxedo jackets which I regularly wear as a wedding pianist, unfortunately an occupational hazard is coffee spills which is not a good look on a white tuxedo! The gentleman who served me at Bradley's in Walnut Tree was so helpful and conscientious. He informed me that coffee spills are very difficult to remove from white garments but he seemed so determined. He actually volunteered to put the jacket through the dry cleaning process for a second time at no extra cost to ensure the coffee stains were fully gone. When I came to pick up the jacket there were no signs of any coffee stains anymore and it was nicely pressed and looked new again. The next time I came in to the store a few weeks later, he remembered me and asked how my tuxedo jacket was which I was impressed with as it's always nice to be remembered as a customer. I will definitely visit this dry cleaners again - on a regular basis.

Fabulous Dry Cleaners. Here I am in Milton Keynes on holiday and shopping in a supermarket where there was an accident and the back of my leather Boots and new pure wool coat were covered in milk! Found Bradley's on the internet, in Walnut Tree it was my closest Dry Cleaners. On Saturday called in and explained my predicament. The charming man promised my coat back by Monday evening. Panic!! I had no transport as my daughter was working. Lovely charming man said he would drop my coat off after the shop had closed! So here he was at 5.30pm on Monday evening with my beautifully cleaned coat. All ready for my flight back to Spain the following day. I don't think I have ever had such wonderful service anywhere. It's a Gold Star for the charming and helpful man in Bradley's from me. Susan

went into the drycleaners yesterday as I had a damp duvet inner which was a feather down. I was greeted by a Tandeer the owner, who was friendly and helpful. He advised me the drycleaniing could get rid of the damp smell and that I could pick it up mid morning on Saturday, which was the next day. I picked up the duvet inner and the damp smell was gone. Very happy customer:) Tandeer exceeded my customer experience. Highly recommend for superior service and superior results. Professional, friendly service, nothing was a problem. I enjoy supporting local business and I'm very glad to have had such a wonderful experience at Bradleys Dry Cleaners in Walnut Tree. Recommend 5 stars, A++++ service

Absolutely fantastic service! I was very hesitant of taking my wedding dress there but the quality of the clean was fabulous - considering it’s a wedding dress very surprised at the reasonable priced quotation (given the state of it!) extremely happy and will be a returning customer, thank you to them all :)
