Steve was wonderful, and in comparison to other carpet cleaners I have used, he is VERY knowledgeable, completely safe to trust to leave in your house should you need to leave at any point, incredibly thorough (which I appreciate). I can not thank enough for cleaning my carpets. They look very good. Steve was very honest and up front about stains that maybe hard to remove. I like the fact he was honest and very carring. Make sure all was locked up after he finish (wasn't at home when he was working). Very professional approach and very good communication. Nothing was too much trouble. Our cream carpets were covered in stains from our year old puppy. We'd used a Vax and several off-the- shelf carpet cleaning products which only made the marks worse. I sent photos of the carpets to Steve and he was honest enough to say that he may not be able to get rid of the stains completely. He offered a reduced price if he was unable to remove the marks. That is very fair! Steve arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. The job only took an hour and a half. I was amazed by the difference in my carpets - the stains had gone completely! What a difference! I would highly recommend this business.

I have personally used Dri Wash for my own carpets. It was an end of tenancy clean. The carpets looked fantastic. I also recommend Steve to my parents. They have used his carpet cleaning skills on many occasions. He is always very quick to respond and does a fantastic job ( sometimes when I think stains can’t be removed, he does it) Steve is always very friendly and makes my elderly parents feel relaxed and comfortable. Very good value for money too

Would HIGHLY recommend Dri Wash if you need your carpets cleaning! Our living room carpet was looking a little tired, had specks of felt tip (KIDS!!), toothpaste and who knows what else - they managed to clean everything off. Steve was really professional and efficient from A till Z. Booking was made quickly, he collected keys from my work and bring them back, carpets were clean and tidy in the flat. No problems at all. Plus, the flat fob didn't work, so Steve asked the neighbours to let him in and carrying on without any problems. Highly recommended! Thank you a lot! 😊

What an excellent service. Punctual arrival and professional no fuss service with outstanding results. I was really worried about clearing the floor of all my furniture - how to lift it, where to put it etc. My husband said "you don't have to move anything". I emptied all my units of ornaments etc. That is all I had to do. Steve (the guy who cleaned my carpet) slipped something that resembled a drinks coaster, under the corners of each item of furniture. As if by magic and with very little effort, he was able to glide the furniture around the floor with ease. I was amazed by these nifty little pads - what a brilliant idea. It took all the worry out of humping furniture around risking damage or personal injury and of course meant that Steve could put all is efforts into actually cleaning the carpet. He did a brilliant job and my carpet looks like new, bringing back the vibrant colour and lush deep pile. Barely damp upon completion and within 24 hrs. completely dry and looking beautiful. I will be having him back to do my upstairs at some point and I recommend Steve and his carpet cleaning company to anyone who requires this service. They really do an excellent job.

Steve did an awesome job on my C4 Grand Picasso today. It's a company car and was due for return, but it was in a pretty poor state inside and out - so no way I could hand it back like that. Steve turned up on time (in fact slightly early) and then spent 6+ hours transforming the car into a state that remarkably looked even better than it was new! The Dri clean part is really impressive and no mess involved. I would not hesitate to use Steve again or recommend him.
