Have had 2 very good experiences. first one is a light pair of pants covered in red wine stains had little hope they would get it done but they did perfectly. second was alterations of waistcoats where I wanted them to reverse the fabric (pictures will follow) and they did to perfection. I can highly recommend them for both services

This is by far the best place to go for quality and quickness! The customer service was amazing and I was very impressed with the outcome. I was in need of some alterations to mine and my sons matching blazers and I was on a time limit. When I tell you my suit was on the ropes, i dont even know what the stain was but it was almost like if someone dragged a prittstick over my suit and just left it there for a year. I gave it to them monday and in a single week you can't even tell there was a stain I am extremely grateful and also perplexed as to how they did this.

Where do I start. All of the staff in here are wonderful and so friendly. The service is above and beyond. They replaced the zip, Velcro and dry cleaned my super dry coat and it looks brand new! They did a fantastic job. I also had my partners shoes repaired, resoled, and the heels replacing and they look brilliant, like new. I highly recommend this store. And with the discount it was reasonably priced! They offer so many more services as well! 10/10 with everything! Thank you so much

Just wanted to say that the service is amazing from this company. I have used the shoe repair service multiple times and I'm always impressed with the service given and the repair itself. I recently took in 4 pairs of stilettos to be repaired last week. Some of them were looking really worn and in a terrible state. The gentleman who works in the shoe repair part of the shop is so friendly and ensured my shoes were ready within 2 days. He also made them look as good as new. I was so impressed with them. Therefore, just wanted to say thanks and that I will be returning and recommending his services to friends and family.

Recently had an outdoor winter coat dry cleaned. Choose here as their price (for 1 coat) was value for money and fair compared to places closer to home. Happy with the clean, smells great, stains removed and customer service was good (they even remembered me as the coat owner before asking). 2-day ‘turnaround’ for the coat was appreciated. Recommend.

I don’t really share reviews but the service from this dry cleaners I just had to! Rebeka is absolutely outstanding and a credit to the company. The service I received was phenomenal! Not to mention the quality of the dry cleaning on my clothes. All my dresses and my husband suits come back like I just bought them from the shop! I will definitely be returning!!

Make sure that when you pick up your cleaning from Impress that you stand in the shop and check that it is the same item you handed in! Unfortunately I got home to find they had given me the wrong trousers in one of the two suits I took in. I returned them where they as good as accused me of making it up and handing them some pair of random dirty trousers! They took the trousers from me and have not bothered to contact me since (about 4 weeks ago). They have ignored a letter that I wrote to them 2 weeks ago. Very poor service - I am certainly NOT "Impressed"! *** UPDATE *** since writing the review, Impress have contacted me and refunded me the cost of a pair of new trousers. They said that they couldn't see how this could have happened as their systems wouldn't allow this. Have updated from 1 star to 3 stars as they have now accepted responsibility.
