Paul & Harry’s dedication to their work and knowledge of the skills required to get the job done renders this father and son team an asset to the industry.

Had the lads out a few times now to clean our sofa and carpets. I could not fault this company. They know thier stuff, have all the equipment and leave whatever they do looking brand new. I was lucky enough to get some cleaning products from Harry as well and they are absolute miricale waters. I wouldnt go anywhere else if i needed a cleaning company. 10/10 on all fronts.

This company did a fantastic job in getting rid of a black dirt streak up a cream wool staircase carpet. Their work was professional, friendly, thorough and of an excellent quality. They gave very helpful advice over the phone about a soot stain on our carpet, and we arranged a visit for them to come and clean the whole carpet. Harry arrived promptly, and did an excellent job at a good price. He was very pleasant, professional and helpful and kept to all the current Covid-19 social distancing rules. We at Henderson decorators use Paul and Harry regularly on properties we’ve decorated and vice versa. They’re worlds above other companies at what they do. The job is always done with most up to date products and the standard of work is second to none! Harry recently cleaned my sofa at home and done a tremendous job as usual! Would highly recommend and wouldn’t use anyone else.

Paul came to our home to try to remove a black oil stain that a workman had accidentally spread on three of our wool carpets, two of which are cream.We were absolutely devastated thinking that nothing could be done with the stain and that the carpets would need to be replaced. From my first contact with Paul I felt completely at ease and knew that if anyone could do anything with my carpets it would be him. Paul was on his knees for 2.5 hours and he slowly but surely removed the black oil from my carpets which were completely restored back to normal. Had we not seen it with our own eyes we would not have believed it -we jokingly called him “Mr Magic”. Paul is a true professional in every sense of the word and we just can not recommend him highly enough.I do not normally have my carpets cleaned but when the building work is completed in my home we will be having him back to have some cleaned.

Paul Dyson is by far and away the best carpet / upholstery cleaning company. Lovely to deal with, very professional and does an outstanding job. I wouldn't use anyone else. Apart from the fact that he does a great job, it's the little touches too - leaving blocks under the feet of your furniture whilst the carpet dries just in case some of the wood stain / dye comes off onto the carpet. Highly recommended 👍

Paul has cleaned our carpets several times. He cleans them thoroughly, removing all marks and buffs up the pile so they are almost like new. He also cleaned our Victorian floor tiles which were grubby and paint splattered. They are now free of dirt, sealed and brighter in colour. Paul provides a prompt, friendly and professional service. Highly recommended.

We had some very badly marked carpets that I thought were beyond help but Paul managed to get the carpet clean. Saved us having to replace a lot of carpet. Excellent job, knows what he is doing. Good communication and prompt on time service.

Very professional service. All parties involved have been helpful, friendly and very polite. Carpet cleaning was carried out quickly and efficiently and the carpets now look as good as new. Have been using Paul Dyson Neutral Floor Cleaner which has bee most effective on the various types of flooring throughout the house. Will recommend to family and friends.

A great service from start to finish. After a few bad experiences recently with various trades people it made a real difference to find someone who really knew their stuff and was not going to rip us off. The end result for our slate kitchen floor is amazing and I never thought we would be able to get it back to such good condition. Over the moon and will continue to use Paul for maintenance. Great service. we organised a clean on a night when we had the longest time with no traffic over the carpets so they could dry. They just got on with the job. Left no mess and disturbed no one. Absolutely brilliant service. Pauls son Harry came this morning and throughly cleaned the carpets for me at a rental property in Gateshead. The previous tenant had allowed her cat to soil the carpet do a disgusting level. We have cleaned the house and the final job of cleaning and treating the carpets was down to Harry........all smells are now eradicated and a certificated treatment added to ensure the safety of future tenants.......can't recommend this company higher.

I’ve just had my carpets and a small sofa cleaned. Dysons have done an amazing job as always.i was nervous having someone in the house during the covid pandemic, but he wore a mask, kept a distance and sanitized the front door handles etc before leaving. All very Covid safe.
