Liftoff cleaning ltd did brilliant job removing a coffee spill stain from our brand new carpet. Saved my life! 😉 Responsive, arrived on time. Good price, professional and a great job completed. Great advice too. Don't use youtube hacks!

Fantastic, superlative service! Has negated the need to change our (expensive, top-quality) carpets for nearly two decades now! Decent carpets plus this service (annually) - amounts to money extremely well spent. I also always precis each visit with, 'Don't worry if you can't remove this or that stain - seems pretty permanent' - only to have Joe work his magic! The definitive litmus test is - at the end, the carpet looks as good as the (unused) carpet under the sofa! Just a fab service on all fronts - highly recommended, if you can't tell already!

It’s always a worrying time when looking for a decent tradesperson but this time it was a great choice. From initial contact to arriving promptly and providing a very professional service, everything was brilliant. We had our sofa cleaned after a spillage (kids!!!) and it came up like new. I have already recommended Liftoff to others and will definitely use again if the need arises.

Over the years we have used a number of companies to clean light coloured carpets and upholstery. Today LiftOFF have cleaned several really grubby and stained carpets as well as a sofa and light yellow armchair. All of these now look completely different, Joe has removed stains and breathed life back into them. The whole process has been extremely professionally carried out. Joe estimated promptly, we set up a date and the work was carried out with the minimum of fuss and he has left carpets well protected to dry out. I would recommend this service to anyone who values their home and wants it to look good.

I highly recommend LiftOFF Cleaning Limited. They tackled a very difficult pollen stain on a woollen carpet. Having initially set my expectations that it may not be able to be done, the result was amazing and the unsightly yellow stain has completely been eradicated.
