Vinnie was amazingly professional and left the carpet looking new. This has been by far the best carpet cleaner we have ever used. Absolutely exemplary service. Quoted promptly with a detailed explanation of what I was to expect and any caveats such as heavy/deep soiling not being guaranteed. Arrived early on the agreed day to get setup with great comms beforehand and during the visit, fully explained what steps would be taken for the cleaning. Delivered a clean to the interior upholstery of my car well beyond my expectations - she's never looked or smelled so clean! Will definitely contact again for any cleaning requirements for my car or my flat.
