Had a fantastic experience with Matt. He was very professional and did a thorough job on some pretty mucky carpets. He was very friendly and explained clearly what he was doing and how we could help maintain the carpets after cleaning (good airflow rather than heat is needed for faster drying of the carpets). He was very enthusiastic to show us the mucky water so we could see for ourselves how much cleaner the carpets would be. He even let us choose from a choice of fragrances before the carpets were washed. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend this service enough! Contacting them and booking were both very easy and quick. They have done an amazing job of cleaning some rather dirty carpets which had years worth of dog urine and stains. Very polite and we’re bang on time. The carpets look new and the prices are very reasonable.

Matt came to clean some very neglected carpets and a sofa and I have been extremely pleased with the process from start to finish. He communicated well, including prompt replies when arranging an appointment plus texting when he was going to be early. Just helpful and friendly in every way. The carpets and sofa look amazing and Matt explained the process, plus 'do's and dont's' to follow the clean. I thought the cleaning was good value too! I would definitely use Evergreen again

I have used Mathew a few times to clean my lounge carpet. I have always found Mathew professional and he is very passionate about his work. Mathew is a very friendly man and as a woman I felt very comfortable with him in my home. When I had my carpet cleaned for the first time Mathew was able to get many stains out including a rust stain. One of the main reasons I use this company is because the chemicals used are safe and non toxic.

Matthew got me out of a tricky spot when I smeared tar all over my mum's white woollen carpet and left it there to harden for about two weeks. He's a lovely guy and a serious pro. He got the tar out in about an hour, using only eco-friendly products, and the price was unbelievable. I will definitely use him again the next time I ruin a carpet or piece of furniture.

With a bad (unknown!) stain on a carpet, you are at the mercy of the professional you hire for the job. Matt from Evergreen was completely transparent from start to finish—quote, testing the stain, doing the work. He did a fantastic job and charged me exactly what he quoted. He didn't even proceed with a procedure I had expected would be required because he didn't think it necessary, and didn't want to charge extra for work that didn't need doing. Fantastic experience. Would recommend to anyone. Also, he gave me some good tips on how to deal with stains in the future. Really helpful!
