When I asked friends on social media if they could recommend a carpet cleaner in Norwich, Richie at Rugs2Riches was recommended various times and I now know why. I contacted three companies in total, one didn’t bother replying to my request. However, Richie replied immediately, even though it was out of hours. I was able to use the automated quoting system which was so helpful. I got a price instantly to clean my lounge, stairs and landing carpet and had it all sorted and booked in within 10 minutes. I had to wait a few weeks but I saw that as a positive as he’s clearly busy! Richie turned up on time, did an AMAZING job with the carpet cleaning and was able to remove some stains which I though were beyond help. My carpets are like new and smell so fresh. I will definitely be booking him to come back to do the bedrooms carpets and sofa. I totally recommend Rugs2riches. Thank you

Richie came and cleaned our downstairs carpets and sofa arms this morning. He arrived early and was set up and ready to go within minutes, super service managed to remove an old stain that we have never been able to budge in the past. The sofa arms look like they have just came out of the factory. Top service, Top work. If you need any carpet or upholstery cleaning in Norwich Richie is definitely the man for the job

Rugs 2 Riches cleaned a living room carpet that was in a disgraceful condition - heavy foot traffic, muddy dog, red wine, the works. I only expected it to spruce up a bit - in fact it looks new! I'm really impressed and would recommend this company to anyone looking for carpet/rug cleaning.

Richie did an amazing job. He was super friendly and efficient. We have old, cream carpets in very high traffic areas of the house which are a nightmare to keep clean (especially as we also have a cat). He made them look almost brand new again! I also really appreciated Richie's work as the property isn't the easiest to access, and I've struggled to get anybody in to clean them up until now. Would highly recommend.

It's amazing how much cleaner your carpets look after a proper clean. I mean, you know they're dirty as that's why you're here, but they're not really that bad are they? I knew I had a few pet stains and traffic marks but even the parts of my carpets where no one walks are cleaner now. My carpets look like new again. Richie did a first class job, very professional, friendly, my dogs loved him and works hours which suit someone like me.

Rugs to Riches are a super reliable and efficient company. They do everything they can to fit your carpet clean in even at short notice. The results are absolutely amazing taking out stains and smelly pet stinks as well as paint and tar. I cannot recommend them enough. Should be on speed dial if you have pets or kids.

Used Richie RUGS2RICHES for the first time today & really can not believe what a 5 star job Richie done on our carpets. we thought they were not to bad but after the clean they look like new carpets with all the dog stains gone. As i own my own domestic cleaning business i will not recommend people until they have done work for me. Quick to respond to queries, adaptable, professional and a fair price. We were moving house into a property which had smokers in previously. We couldn't afford new carpets and thought we would try this after a recommendation from friends. We didnt have much time due to the hassels of moving house and the carpet being clean wasn't our biggest priority. But Richie was quick to respond to our queries, was adaptable to our needs and did all with a cheery attitude - exactly what you need on one of THE MOST stressful days of your life! He taught us how the process worked and showed we could use them almost straight after they were done - very important on moving day. The clean carpets have given us peace of mind with bugs and given the house a new, fresher smell - something it was in dire need of. We collected a few quotes and he was the second cheapest, BUT he was able to do it when we wanted (even though that required him moving things about) and he was WAY more professional and helpful than the other company with our quieries and the difference was only £15. Overall, having Richie part of our moving day was something I would choose every time. Thanks again!

We are very clean with just 2 of us in the home, but I was amazed how much dirt came out of a carpet that is only 4 years old. The carpets look like new again. Richie is very professional in his work manner taking care with how the hoses go round doorways using guards so no marks were made. Richie came and cleaned a rug of mine that had not only been throw up on multiple times by my cat but had then been put in storage for almost a year, I wasn’t sure if the smell could ever be cleaned out as it’s a very thick shaggy rug but I was pleasantly surprised as it smells/looks like new again!!
