Robert and Pete did an amazing job of our carpet. We moved into a house where the previous owners had two big dogs and the carpet was so smelly and stained that we didn't dare put our furniture in the living room or even walk in there without shoes. It is now at least 2 shades lighter and stain/ odour-free. They did such a thorough job and showed me the results of every step. They went over the whole carpet twice to get as much dog hair up as possible. Really recommend!

This is a late review ! However , I used brenton services before Christmas last year as my 1 year old had put various stains on the carpet. The carpet was looking flat as well , and just generally a bit shoddy for a carpet which has only been in a few years. No job was too small for these guys. Professional and lovely they cleaned the carpet to a very high standard, whilst I was working from home in the dining room. I was so impressed with the way they worked. I even asked Robert for his opinion on other carpets around the house and unlike other carpet companies he said they didn't need doing just yet. For the price you pay it's incredibly reasonable and I will deffo be using these guys again!

Did a wonderful job on our bedroom landing and stair carpet. We have dogs so over the years lots of stains formed and the carpet started to smell and we also had a leak in the bedroom ceiling which left a big stain. But now it looks good as new! Amazing service. Needed carpets drying after leaving my tap on whilst at work, phoned Thursday evening and they were extreamly responsive and here by Friday morning. After potty training our daughter, we found that the store bought carpet cleaners didn't quite clean the urine smell from our carpet. Worried we would have to replace the carpet and underlay I called Brenton carpet care and they were so helpful with explaining what process they use, the many formulas they have available to tackle any issue and results you would expect after their service without a salesman pitch to get our custom. Having the most consistent positive feedback on Google, I didn't try any other company and I am so happy I went with Brenton. They got out all the stains previous competitors failed to before, including bluetack and paint and the odour has gone. The carpet is mostly dry after completion when it previously took 2 days by another company. Couldn't recommend enough, great experience, professional family run business dating back to 1990.

Don’t waste your time calling the other Carpet Cleaning Companies, Robert is by far the best in the Nottingham area. Our dogs had caught a parasite and to be on the safe side we decided to get our carpets cleaned. Robert went out of his way to source the correct chemical for the job and ordered it in and came out at a days notice! Robert was the only Business Owner that guaranteed his machine used hot water with the ability to set it to certain temperature to kill various bacteria etc. No one else I called even knew what temperature their water extraction operated at. They had no problem moving furniture around to make sure the whole carpet was cleaned and when they would find a stain they would try to remove it by hand. Robert explained the process he uses and now I know why my carpets didn't look or feel very good from when I had them cleaned previously by fresh start. It took Robert 3 hours to clean my stairs landing and two rooms. The other company did the same prevesiouly and took about 45 minutes. Recently Brenton Carpet Care came to clean our settee, arm chair and ottoman. From the time they arrived until they departed, approximately one and a half hours later they worked none stop with a very pleasant attitude. They also cleaned the carpet in front of the settee and the small hall carpet at no extra charge. The only thing which took longer than suggested was the drying time, but we realise that different suites will have a different absorbency. I can’t recommend Brenton carpet cleaners enough. I’ve got 5 dogs and hadn’t realised quite how much dirt had accumulated. Rob and Damien worked really hard to remove several stains and masses of ingrained fur that I didn’t even realise were there as I hoover regularly. The carpets and rugs looked brand new when they’d finished. Something that could never have been achieved by normal hoovering and sponging with regular carpet cleaner. They’re very nice and go to extra lengths to get the best results possible and aren’t expensive. I will definitely be asking them back to clean the rest of the house.

Contacted Brentons after a recommendation from a friend. We wanted to spruce up the downstairs carpets of my father in laws who has daily care visits and the carpets were starting to look quite shabby. From the get go Brentons were extremely professional arranging the visit over the phone and arriving on time. We were told they would move any furniture and although we moved some smaller items we left the larger bulkier items to them. On arrival they thoroughly explained the procedure and enquired if we required deeper cleaning in any particular areas due to any spillages etc We then left them to it. On our return the transformation was nothing short of spectacular the once stained and soiled kitchen carpet looked brand new and the lounge carpet was once again looking like it should do. The carpets were almost completely dry and all the furniture was back in place. Overall we were amazed by difference and would have given them six stars if possible Thanks again guys, great job!
